| In September 2020,our country put forward the goal of carbon dioxide emissions and strive to achieve carbon neutrality by 2060.For power generation enterprises that account for extremely high carbon emissions,the announcement of this target will have a profound impact on their future development.The "14th Five-Year Plan" will be the key five years for power generation enterprises to transition to low carbon.Changes in the external environment have brought huge challenges to the development prospects of power generation enterprises,and years of power system reforms have brought changes to the management and operation mode of power generation enterprises.However,most power generation enterprises are centrally-owned enterprises and state-owned monopoly enterprises.Due to their long-term monopoly,the internal operation mode and management system of power generation enterprises are relatively conservative and solidified.The stable working environment allows employees to settle for the status quo,reducing the enthusiasm and creativity of work.It is difficult to meet the requirements of reform and development.Facing pressure from the external environment and internal management,power generation enterprises need to grasp development policies,adjust strategic planning in a timely manner,and strive to improve internal organizational efficiency and management level.As the core part of performance management,organizational performance management has extremely important and decisive significance for the realization of the enterprise’s strategic objectives and the improvement of management level.Therefore,it is urgent for power generation enterprises to optimize the organizational performance management system.In this context,this article selects the organization performance management system of power generation enterprises as the research topic.First of all,through careful study of relevant domestic and foreign documents,and in-depth study of performance management theories and related methods,it has laid a theoretical foundation for the development of research work.Secondly,it carefully analyzed the development trend and characteristics of power generation enterprises,combined with the questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct on-site investigation and research on power generation enterprises,and pointed out that there are two major aspects:unreasonable evaluation index system and unsystematic performance management system in the organization performance management of power generation enterprises.Thirdly,in view of the unreasonable problem of the evaluation index system,combined with key performance indicators and balanced scorecards an organizational performance index system was constructed,and adopted the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight ratio of the key performance indicators.Finally,in view of the unsystematic problems of the performance management system,the organizational performance management process is optimized and designed.Through the optimization design of performance planning,implementation,assessment,feedback and results application,a complete closed-loop organizational performance management process is constructed.The organizational performance index system and the organizational performance management process constitute a systematic organizational performance management system for power generation enterprises.The research content of this paper will help power generation companies optimize their organizational performance management system and provide a reference for the management practices of power generation companies,hoping to help them improve their market competitiveness in a changing environment. |
