| Comprehensive utilization and coordinated allocation of various energy sources is the current development direction,which has great influence on reducing the cost of energy consumption,promoting the consumption of clean energy power generation,energy efficiency maximization,energy conservation and emission reduction.Research on the planning is one of the most important problems to be solved in the construction of integrated energy system.Evaluation model and theory are important research topics as well.As the core concept and one of the benefits sources of integrated energy system,electric energy substitution is an important way to optimize energy consumption structure,alleviate energy crisis and ease environment problems.Therefore,considering the positive impact of the electric energy substitution effect,an index system for evaluating the benetits of integrated energy system is proposed.The quantitative calculation models and comprehensive evaluation method of the indexes are proposed as well.This paper contains the following sections.(1)From the perspective of typical equipment,the physical structure,component units and internal energy coupling relationship of industrial park-level integrated energy system are proposed.The sources and influencing factors of the benefits are analyzed so as to provide theoretical basis for the construction of evaluation index system.(2)Based on the construction priciple of the index system and electric energy substitution benefits,a set of three-layer evaluation system covering the energy consumption structure,environmental protection,energy efficiency,flexibility,reliability,demand side response and economy is established.The calculation model and method of the indexes are propsed as well.The target-criterion-index evaluation system is able to reflect the comprehensive construction benefits of the park-level integrated energy system project reasonably.(3)Combined with the expert experience,AHP-Delphi subjective integration weights are calculated.Combined with the actual value of the indexes,the objective weights are calculated through entropy method and mean square difference method.A combination weighting method based on the theory of minimum weights vector deviation is proposed to effectively integrate multiple weighting methods.The expected combination weights are applied to matter element extension model to obtain the evaluation grades and scores of the construction schemes’ benefits.(4)The evaluation theory and method are applied to the actual industrial park project to verify the feasibility,universality and practicability.The advantages and disadvantages of the schemes can be found accurately,which provides theoretical basis for the construction of integrated energy system.And it is proved that the allocation of electric energy substitution equipment in the industrial park-level integrated energy system can effectively improve the benefits and efficiency level. |
