| Due to its unique geographical location and a large number of available hydropower resources,Yunnan Province has become a major province for energy production.At the same time,environmental problems in Yunnan Province have become increasingly serious.Although the average level of pollution is still lighter than the national average,there has been an upward trend in the past two years.The cumulative number of mild and above pollution days in 2017 has increased by 6 days compared with 2016.Actively promoting electric energy replacement can effectively alleviate environmental pollution problems and energy security issues.Vigorously developing electricity is one of the most effective ways to build a sustainable and harmonious society.Studying the power consumption structure of Yunnan Province and proposing a plan of electric energy alternative based on comprehensive evaluation algorithm under the energy characteristics of Yunnan Province are of great significance for optimizing the energy consumption structure and improving the electrification level in Yunnan Province.Firstly,the thesis studies the development trend of the current status of electric energy substitution at home and abroad,and analyzes the characteristics and development trends of energy structure in Yunnan Province.Then,according to the meaning of electric energy substitution,the three energy alternatives are calculated and analyzed based on regional energy characteristics,including electric energy to replace coal,electric energy to replace oil,electric energy to replace gas.And using an improved grey correlation algorithm to compare,horizontally,these three ways of electric energy replacement.Secondly,according to the energy characteristics of Yunnan Province The hierarchical index system of regional electric energy substitution comprehensive potential analyzes the influencing factors of several main evaluation indicators,including regional technical characteristics,regional energy use characteristics,social factors,environmental factors and grid enterprise management,specifically subdivided into the 23 indicators.Thirdly,based on the above multiple indicators,the electric energy substitution comprehensive evaluation model is established,and then the improved TOPSIS method combining subjective weighting and objective weighting is used for evaluation,and detailed raw data and evaluation results are given.Finally,the related mechanisms and approaches of electric energy substitution are studied and some suggestions for electric energy substitution work are given for the characteristics of Yunnan Province. |
