Micro energy system is a kind of regional integrated energy system located near energy users.As an essential part of energy internet,micro energy system plays important rules in developing energy internet.It is desperate to study comprehensive evaluation method of micro energy system,to offer guidance of its planning and construction.In this paper,interest relationships among participants of micro energy systems are analyzed.A fishbone diagram shows interests of government,state grid,investment operator,and users.By selecting and advancing evaluation indices,a comprehensive evaluation index system is built.Fuzzy theory is used to quantify qualitative indices,and scenario analysis technology is employed to calculate complicated quantitative indices.Set Valued Iteration and Anti Entropy weighting methods are combined by a function,so that a combined weighting method which take advantages of both expert advice and information value of indices is constructed.Theoretical knowledge of extenics is used for reference and matter element extension method is modified,and an multi layered set valued iteration-anti entropy-matter element extension evaluation method is put forward.A case study is demonstrated,with evaluating the planning programs of a micro energy system of a park in northern China.The result shows pros and cons of the programs,and reveals influence factors of micro energy system's development.Sensitivity analysis verifys rationality of the advanced index,and comparison of evaluation methods shows superioty of the one established in this paper than the others.The indices system and comprehensive evaluation method is practical for assessment work of micro energy system.
