With the rapid development of the distributed energy system,the loss of the power network is significantly increased.New energy can be combined effectively in the distributed energy integrated supplying system to use energy step by step,it can reduce the loss and pollutant emissions,significantly improve energy efficiency.Therefore,the rational allocation,the optimization of operation scheduling strategy and the comprehensive evaluation of distributed energy supply system have important significance to solve the problem of energy and environment currently.The system capacity design scheme is also different when the distributed energy integrated power supply system uses three kinds of different design strategies,which are isolated island operation,one way grid connection or two way grid operation.The initial construction cost of the system is converted into annual fixed cost of the system,which with variable cost including operation and maintenance together constitute the system's annual comprehensive cost function.Finally,use the largest difference between the annual energy yield and the annual comprehensive cost as the objective function,ensuring the capacity of each unit of the system is optimized.Consider the differences of the daily load curve of the electrical,cold and heat between different users.The changes of electrical load have strong randomicity,and the electric energy cannot store extensively,so the electric power in system must keep balance currently.However,the cold and heat load lags when they are changed,so we only have to ensure the balance of supply and demand periodically.Based on the real project,the balance of the electrical,cold and heat load optimizing operation model is established,make quantitative comparison on each operation scheme.In the end,a matter element extension method based on cooperative game theory is raised.Using this method,energy saving influence factors mentioned above are quantified to form a series of power energy saving evaluatio n indexes,which constitute power energy saving evaluation system and evaluation models in distributed energy integrated supplying system.The comprehensive evaluation method proposed in this paper considers the impacts of power load,network and source,quantifies the power energy saving effect.Not only does it offer references for dispatchers making energy saving plans,it actually has an important significance to improve the level of power saving.
