| Business model is the most fundamental innovation of an enterprise and the basis for long-term development and sustainable profits.In recent years,driven by the supply side reform and new urbanization construction,prefabricated building has become an inevitable trend in the development of construction industry.In this context,construction enterprises are facing multiple impacts of technological innovation,industrial chain restructuring,and policy changes,and business model innovation becomes particularly important.How to grasp the opportunities and challenges,adapt to the changes of the new economic environment,and design a business model that can guide their own profits has become an urgent problem to be solved.(1)The thesis analyzes the connotation and demands of the prefabricated construction industry value chain from the industrial level,starting from the industrial level,and points out the problems existing in each subject in the industrial value chain(weak R&D link and lack of overall control in the design stage,Imperfect standardized design system,low degree of automation in the production stage,poor coordination among various links,imperfect information sharing mechanism,etc.)and demands(integration,informationization,lean),so as to discuss the need for business model innovation And determine the direction of business model innovation.(2)A representative prefabricated construction company was selected as the research object,and the groundbreaking theory research method was used to analyze and encode the business model case data of the enterprise,and a value-oriented main line was obtained,including three major modules(value proposition,Value creation,value acquisition)and six major elements of the business model structure system.On this basis,a business model innovation model for prefabricated construction enterprises is constructed,and the existing problems at the industrial level are used as the ideas and system framework for business model innovation.(3)The innovation of the business model of construction enterprises based on prefabricated construction is discussed from the three-system links of value proposition,value creation and value acquisition.In terms of value proposition,it is proposed to extend the business scope upstream and downstream.By integrating the industrial chain,an integrated general contracting enterprise and providing customer-oriented assembly-type building mass customization services are provided.In terms of technology,it is proposed to use BIM technology,Internet of Things technology,pervasive computing technology,etc.,to establish strategic alliances in cooperation,and to form an organizational form of industrial chain synergy in R&D,design,production,and construction;in terms of value In terms of acquisition,it is proposed to adopt an asset-light operation mode,master the high-profit links of the industrial chain,outsource the asset-heavy links,and improve the brand,integrity and knowledge management of the enterprise.(4)Taking enterprise A as an example,the application of the business model innovation established in this paper to the development of the enterprise is analyzed to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the innovation strategy,and the results achieved are summarized,and corresponding suggestions are put forward for related assembly.Provide reference for the innovation of business model of construction enterprises. |
