In recent years,with the slogan of “informatization” and “industrialization” of buildings and the increasing demand for energy conservation and environmental protection,Prefabricated buildings have attracted much attention as a specific form of industrialization development in China.However,in the process of the construction of the prefabricated buildings project,due to the large number of participants involved in each part of the project,the amount of information generated is large and the format is diverse;At the same time,there is a lack of unified information interaction standards,resulting in information faults and islands in the process of project management,which hinders the development of prefabricated building projects to a certain extent.Advanced information management techniques and methods are needed to solve the problem of hindering information transmission and sharing during project construction,so that project information can be transmitted in a timely and non-destructive manner,providing a reliable basis for all decisions of the project.In this thesis,aiming at realizing the linkage of component information in the industrial chain,the theoretical research on the prefabricated building collaborative management platform is carried out by combining the IFC data storage standard and the IDM information delivery manual,and the system is developed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Research on information integration method of prefabricated building project based on IFC standard.First,analyze the information needs of the participants of the project to clarify the content that the component model needs to store;Then,the system framework of IFC standard is analyzed,and the expansion method of assembly building schedule and cost entity based on IFC standard is proposed,and the extension results are verified.At the same time,the structured data and unstructured data of the project are correlated to realize the function of information integration of assembly building project based on component model.(2)Research on information exchange method of assembly building based on IDM standard.IDM standard is used to define the requirement of information exchange in every link of the project.According to the requirement,the main entity,auxiliary entity and attribute set of entity are extracted.Then,the mapping result is transformed into the display of component sub-model by using IFC standard,which improves the efficiency of information transmission.(3)Based on the information needs of all participants in the assembly building project,the process of component information linkage is established from three aspects: industrial chain structure,technology platform and external driving force.By analyzing the key problems of geometric information extraction,model rendering and user interaction function of project/component model,the visual display of schedule and cost model of assembly building project is realized.Through the extraction of component model information,the development of three-dimensional graphics engine and the research of building information model database,a BIM-based collaborative management platform for assembly building is designed and built.The application object of the training center in a university is to realize the linkage of component information in the assembly building industry chain.The experimental results show that the information linkage method of assembly building components based on BIM technology meets the needs of information exchange among project participants,and avoids the problems of information loss and fault in the process of information exchange.
