Research On The Evaluation And Optimization Of Suburban Village Road System In Changsha Based On The Demand Of "Sansheng"

With the promotion of beautiful rural construction and the implementation of the strategy of hometown village,the rural environment becomes more livable,the industrial structure turns to the integration of multi production,the production tools are gradually mechanized,and the travel mode is transformed from bicycle and motorcycle to car.As a traffic infrastructure,the system of national road,county road and township road is becoming more and more advanced,while the construction of village road system is still lagging behind,and the contradiction is increasingly prominent among the people,cars and roads in the village.In order to adapt to the promotion of the process of Rural Revitalization and meet the need of rural "production,life and ecology",it is particularly important to further improve and optimize the rural road system construction.Adhering to the development concept of " Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",starting from the demand of "three life "(San Sheng),the evaluation system of rural roads is constructed around the three aspects of village road system,rural ecological environment,village road elements,village road construction and management and maintenance.The quantitative evaluation indicators provide criteria for the evaluation of village road system.According to the development types of suburban villages in Changsha,the research objects are the village road system of Zhuoran village,agricultural-leading Wangcheng District Panlongling village,industrial-leading Shitangpu village and Guanshan community in Ningxiang City,which is dominated by business travel.The scale of the research includes village road system,rural ecological environment,road surface,village road interface,village road ancillary facilities,village road construction,village road management and maintenance.The research will investigate the village road system of the four villages,analyzing the current problems and evaluating the village road system,comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of the four types of rural village road system.According to the evaluation results,the optimization methods and strategies are proposed for the four types of rural village road system,in order to provide reference for the optimization of similar rural roads in other rural areas.The innovation of this study is to optimize the construction of rural village road system based on the demand of "three life"(San Sheng),combining the development of rural industry.The research on four types of rural road system in the suburb of Changsha shows that:(1)meeting the demand of "three life"(San Sheng)is the basis of the construction of village road system.The village road system is helpful to the construction and management of village roads.According to the function and service needs,the village roads are divided into main road,secondary road,to-village-group road,to-villagers’residence road,tractor road and mountain forest road.The construction of the main road connecting counties,townships and villages is good,while the secondary trunk road,to-village-group road and to-villagers’ residence road cannot meet the need of "three living" and rural development in terms of width,pavement condition,road ancillary facilities and roadside plant planting,etc.,so the key optimization should be carried out.(2)According to the change of agricultural production mode,the road conditions should be optimized and improved to meet the traffic demand of agricultural mechanization equipment.(3)The management and maintenance of village road is an indispensable link in the construction of village roads.Rural roads cannot be "well constructed but bad maintained".After the construction of village roads,we should strengthen daily management and maintenance to ensure better rural service.
