| With the great dividends brought about by rapid economic development,China has now become an advanced manufacturing power,which has also gone a long way towards China’s endeavors to pursue coordinated development and promote the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry.At the same time,its efforts are also conducive to the combination of next-generation information technologies and advanced manufacturing technologies.As a new type of approaches to manufacturing technologies,the digital twin looks to combine physical and scientific information,and the advantage of such an approach is that it can boost the development of collaborative production commerce while improving the production efficiency and quality of the manufacturing industry in an effective manner.As more progress is made in the era of intelligence,the application of the digital twin will be further beefed up.Looking into the future,the general trend of the world’s factories will be characterized by networking and intelligence,which will stand as the very core of them.Besides,intelligent factories will pay more attention to the real online devices and the virtual offline mode of the production line.At present,the extended use of big data and the cloud computing technology has contributed to the upgrading and development of the digital twin,which has gradually moved closer towards digital processes and systems,automatically generating and loading data by repeated analog calculations.In addition,artificial intelligence is gradually guiding the digital twin towards achieving self-adaptation of processes and self-decision-making,which will help meet the needs and automatically respond when the scene is updated.In this process,intelligent,flexible and unmanned intelligent factories will become a reality.This research paper looks to analyze the digital twin in collaborative production commerce,explain the connotation of the digital twin,and elaborate on the significance of its application from various levels including factory,the production line,and equipment.At the same time,this paper strives to explore factors affecting enterprises’ collaborative production commerce from the economic and managing perspective,analyze the collaborative production commerce model driven by the digital twin,and propose an innovative model for the evolution of the digital twin in the manufacturing industry.It’s hoped that these efforts will help shorten the development cycle of equipment,establish digital factories,and evaluate and optimize the entire production process. |
