A Study On The Predicament And Countermeasures Of The Protection Of Tianshui Historical And Cultural City

Historical and cultural cities have many precious cultural relics,which are the legacy of China’s history.However,with the remarkable achievements in the protection of the famous cities in the east coast of China,there are still some difficulties in the protection of the famous cities in the west,such as unclear values,single protection methods,shortage of protection funds and planning management.Through the investigation,visit and observation of Tianshui historical and cultural city,the author understands that some residents in the historical and cultural blocks of Tianshui City have poor quality of life and are eager to move.Such and so on need to be solved urgently.This paper attempts to solve the double dilemma of the protection and development of Tianshui famous city by using the methods of holistic correlation and composite function development,and also hopes to have a certain reference for the protection of historical and cultural cities in Northwest China.This paper is divided into four parts: introduction,characteristic value research,current situation research and strategy research.The introduction discusses the origin of this paper,the research target is Tianshui historical and cultural city,and its research scope is within the scope of Tianshui historical city.It also summarizes the research characteristics of China’s famous historical and cultural cities in recent years and the research status abroad,and finally expounds the overall framework of this study.Research on characteristic value.This paper first discusses the historical evolution of Tianshui historical and cultural city,analyzes the characteristics of geographical environment,social environment and cultural environment of Tianshui,and systematically studies the unique natural environment urban pattern of Tianshui,which is "five cities connected,one water flowing".Finally,it summarizes the evolution process of the urban morphological characteristics of Tianshui ancient city and the change of protection concept and value.Current situation research.It mainly includes four aspects of Tianshui historical and cultural city protection,namely historical city,historical and cultural blocks,cultural relic buildings and historical buildings,and intangible cultural heritage.The main content is the pattern and style of historical city,the characteristics of historical and cultural blocks,space,function and traditional way of life,the significance of representative architectural value and surrounding environment,and the content of intangible cultural heritage.Finally,it comes to four dilemmas of Tianshui historical and cultural city protection: space dilemma,function dilemma,cultural dilemma,planning and management dilemma.operational research.According to the plight of Tianshui historical and cultural city in four aspects,the paper puts forward protection strategies.Firstly,it puts forward the integration strategy of systematic and related historical elements in space;secondly,it puts forward the protection and development strategy of composite function in the plot in view of the functional dilemma;and then it puts forward some suggestions from the management mechanism and protection mode.Conclusion part.This paper summarizes the full text,re emphasizes that the historical and cultural heritage is the precious wealth of the city,should be included in the overall city development strategy,adopt a positive and diversified protection strategy,targeted protection and development.
