With the global economic integration and the rapid advance of accounting information technology,many enterprise groups continue to expand their fields,but the ever-changing economic environment has brought great challenges to the financial management of enterprises.In the 1980s,in order to solve the problems of efficiency,quality and cost in the financial management of enterprise groups,some multinational enterprise groups,such as Ford and General Motors,began to explore a new type of financial management,namely financial sharing center.Process reengineering is one of the most important links in the process of building financial sharing center.By integrating and remodeling the existing business processes of enterprises,it can improve the operational efficiency of enterprises,enhance the ability to resist financial management risks and realize the core value of enterprises.Based on the study of a large number of domestic and foreign literature on the process reengineering of Financial Sharing center,this thesis analyzes the existing business processes of A company’s Financial Sharing Center by using case study and field investigation methods,and puts forward a targeted process reengineering scheme.Firstly,this thesis describes the research status of Financial Sharing Center Process Reengineering at home and abroad,and summarizes it based on their own understanding,thus providing a theoretical basis for this article.Secondly,taking Company A as the case background,this paper analyzes the original financial management mode,which has laid a practical significance for the construction of Financial Sharing center.Then,it begins to analyze in detail the organizational structure and information system construction of A company’s Financial Sharing center,as well as the specific business process.Then,the thesis analyzes the effect and problems of the process operation of A company’s Financial Sharing center,so as to pave the way for the later part of the process reengineering.Finally,according to the problems raised,the thesis puts forward specific measures and corresponding safeguards for the process reengineering of A company’s Financial Sharing center.
