| Placing-in and taking-out wagons on private line is an important link of freight transportation between the railway station and the factories,and its organization level directly affects the production and transportation efficiency of the railway station.Reasonable arrangement of placing-in and taking-out operation is significant for reducing the time of freight wagons staying at the station,improving transportation efficiency and ensuring the effective supply of traffic flow.On the basis of summarizing the previous research results,the placing-in and taking-out problem is further studied.Wenguantun station is taken as the research object,according to its private line layout characteristics,the model of hybrid private line placing-in and taking-out is built to study the placing-in and taking-out operation of the station.The paper mainly did the following work:The classification of placing-in and taking-out problem is systematically expounded,and the private lines are divided into branch-shaped,radial and hybrid three categories according to their layout form.Then analyze the placing-in and taking-out characteristics of each type of private line,and the organization principle and optimization goal of placing-in and taking-out operation are determined based on the study of its related influencing factors.By comparing the layout forms and operation characteristics of different kinds of private lines,and combined with previous research,the theoretical and practical significance of the research on the hybrid private line placing-in and taking-out problem is summarized.Then through introducing constraints such as job order and time window,the solution model of the scheme is established.After that,completing the design of algorithm parameters and genetic process combined with characteristics of placing-in and taking-out operation.And taking the minimum total consumption time of cars and shunting locomotive as the optimization objectives to construct a scheme function.The general situation of Wenguantun station is introduced from the aspects of receiving and departing,shunting and freight operation,and then pointing out that the operation of receiving and departing is an important link of linking various work processes and affecting the production efficiency of the station.Then,the diagram of private lines model is drawn according to the layout form of private lines,combining placing-in and taking-out program and time standard to analyze its characteristics.MATLAB software is used to solve the optimal placing-in and taking-out order of Wenguantun station from 6:00 to 18:00 by taking the minimum total consumption time of cars and shunting locomotive as the optimization objectives respectively.By comparing the optimized placing-in and taking-out scheme with the actual scheme in the variation of total consumption time of cars and shunting locomotive,the shortcomings of the actual operation arrangement are analyzed,and suggestions on how to optimize the placing-in and taking-out operation process of the station are put forward. |
