There are many policies and measures released by chinese government, and logistics services development with both opportunities and challenges.SF company as a wholly owned subsidiary of Qingdao Port Group Company, are facing a stern challenge, how to forcast the development trend of logistics industry, to seize the focus of development, while avoiding disadvantages, achieve sustained and healthy development of enterprises. how does the company redevelop and expand steadily is a question that a company needs to ponder anxiously.In this paper, strategy management theory such as environment analyse, core competence theory as well as many research methods such as field study and case study, have been used here and there. Three main questions and topics have been discussed:Firstly, Company's development strategic inside-environment analysis. The study analyzed the situation of in-house resouces including fiance accouts equipment & talents enterprise,.so the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise is appeared.Secondly, Company's development strategic outside-environment. Structure and characteristics of logistics is analyzed deeply, and the opportunities and threats of environment are concluded at last.Thirdly, Company's strtegic position, objective and strategic choice. Combined with the earlier analysis, based on SWOT concept, the paper comes to the strategic decision and action.After the systematic and thoughly analysis, such conclusions have been presented: SF company should promote the advantages of traditional business logistics, take surpassing customer guiding as idea, all-round lifting logistics service quality, develop all-direction logistics service, tries to explore new ways putting professionalization added value service into practice. |
