| As the rapid development of economic globalization and regional economic integration,enterprises begin to focus on how to quickly improve the utilization of logistics network,which also makes logistics become an important development industry.Many scholars have also invested in the research of building efficient and cost-effective network.However,due to the imperfect comprehensive transportation network at this stage,the logistics base is not perfect.There are many problems in the connection and matching of infrastructure,so there is an urgent need for a logistics network suitable for a wider range to carry the growth and growth of enterprises.As a result,the Hub-and-Spoke Network began to enter the perspective of entrepreneurs related to modern logistics,and scholars in the research field began to introduce and continuously optimize hub and spoke network,making it a network structure used to integrate logistics resources,not only improve logistics efficiency,but also reduce logistics costs.At the same time,with the rapid advance of electronic commerce,physical stores need to reduce costs and improve the service level of stores.Based on this,this study discusses the Hub-and-Spoke Network considering logistics service level,and constructs a scientific and reasonable location model.First of all,this study analyzes the existing research status of location and logistics service level at home and abroad.It is found that in recent years,although most scholars have done quantitative research on hub and spoke networks.But the research space is still very large,especially for the logistics terminal service level research is less.There is no research system for reference.Based on this,this study starts from building a network.The Hub-and-Spoke Network is proposed to reduce the organization cost of logistics.For the formation of large-scale logistics,the Hub-and-Spoke Network in a suitable range to establish the core area,and with the surrounding sub nodes to establish connection lines.So as to decrease the line waste.Increase the utilization rate of transportation means and hubs.When building the basic model of the Hub-and-Spoke Network,the model of facility location problem is established.It is required to minimize the total network cost.At the same time,the connection distance between hubs,the distance between non-hub nodes and hub nodes all should be minimized.Through the analysis of service level,it is required to improve the service satisfaction of sub nodes.Therefore,the Hub-and-Spoke Network considering the level of logistics service is constructed.Next,we design the algorithm to solve the model.After comparing and selecting the intelligent optimization algorithm used in the existing research,the PSO algorithm is used as the basic algorithm.The discrete PSO algorithm is designed after the particles in the continuous motion space are discretized.Then,the search strategy of the standard PSO algorithm is improved,and a new particle exchange function is designed to update the individual optimal value and the global optimal value.Finally,the double-layer discrete particle swarm optimization algorithm is obtained.In order to verify the effectiveness and robustness of the algorithm.First,the algorithm is tested with P-median and AP instance.Then,the better location results are obtained.It is used for the actual enterprise case analysis.The Hub-and-Spoke Network design scheme considering logistics service level is obtained.The final result is in line with the law of reducing the total cost in the supply chain.Therefore,this study has a certain reference value for enterprises to optimize logistics network. |
