| The Internet of Things technology promotes the development of the smart ocean,and the monitoring of fuel consumption is an important part of it.In the application of ship fuel consumption monitoring,the data of ship fuel consumption is collected through the sensor technology of Internet of Things and the surrounding Marine environment is monitored.Among them,the results of high-precision synchronous acquisition provide necessary original data for the analysis of fuel consumption model in the later stage of the system.The synchronization performance of sensors participating in the acquisition will directly affect the results of analysis of various data of fuel consumption monitoring.At present,the data acquisition function of ship oil consumption monitoring system has a series of problems,such as low acquisition accuracy,large energy consumption,large time synchronization error between nodes and poor stability.Starting from ship networking technology,Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is established to improve the accuracy of time synchronization and energy consumption of ship data collection in the application of fuel consumption monitoring,so as to ensure the reliability and analyzability of system data and reduce transmission energy consumption.Firstly,the WSN time synchronization technology is introduced.Under the three synchronization mechanisms,the principle of various typical WSN time synchronization algorithms is analyzed,and the representative algorithms are compared in each performance index.The Flooding Time Synchronization Protocol(FTSP)with better comprehensive performance and suitable for the application of fuel consumption monitoring was selected.Secondly,according to the calculation model of ship fuel consumption,the influencing factors of fuel consumption and the synchronous demand of the factors in the application of fuel consumption monitoring are analyzed.Based on the FTSP algorithm,an improved i-FTSP algorithm was proposed,which added the concept of subset algorithm to divide the master and slave nodes,changed the traditional root node election mechanism,and reduced the calculation difficulty of the original algorithm for traditional linear regression.By reducing the complexity of network topology and reducing the transmission times of synchronous message packets between receiving and receiving nodes,the energy consumption can be reduced and the working time of sensor networks can be prolonged.Then,the acquisition sensor ZigBee network suitable for the ship fuel consumption monitoring system is designed with OPNET network simulation software,and the delay data generated by the node receiving and receiving synchronous messages at each layer of the network is collected.Through the comparison and analysis of the simulation results,it is concluded that the new algorithm is feasible in wireless sensor ZigBee network.Under the condition that the clock synchronization accuracy meets the requirements of the ship’s fuel consumption data monitoring system,the synchronization error and The Times of synchronous message exchange are reduced,so that the fuel consumption data can be reduced under the condition of reliability and analyzability.Finally,the article is summarized and the direction of improvement is prospected. |
