Study On The Strategy Of Improving The Quality Of Human Settlements In The Central City Of Xingping

The quality of human settlements is affected not only by natural factors such as climate,topography,hydrology and air,but also by human factors such as economy,culture and technology.People’s subjective initiative makes people adapt to nature from the beginning to transform nature.The change of the relationship between people and nature is reflected in the human settlement,which is the transformation of living environment.With the development of cities and the improvement of people’s living standards,the improvement of human settlements has been paid more and more attention by the international community and individuals.The problems of urban ecological environment,traffic congestion,housing shortage,imperfect public services and the disappearance of urban characteristics caused by rapid urbanization restrict the sustainable development of cities,affect the health of human settlements and reduce the happiness of people living in cities.With the continuous introduction of the standards of national health city,National Garden City,green community and China living environment demonstration award,it can be seen that the improvement of living environment quality is the focus of urban modernization development.To study the strategy of improving the quality of a city’s human settlement environment,we must first make clear the deficiencies of the city’s human settlement environment,and then give the strategy to solve the problems based on the problem orientation.Therefore,this paper first systematically discusses the origin of human settlements research,research status and research framework at home and abroad,then combs the relevant theoretical basis and relevant cases,and summarizes the characteristics of human settlements in medium-sized cities.Based on the principles of practicality,applicability and people-oriented,and referring to the construction of the index system in the "China living environment demonstration Award","national health city standard" and "national ecological garden city standard",this paper constructs the index system which is more in line with the quality evaluation of the living environment of medium-sized cities based on the characteristics of the living environment of medium-sized cities.Then it makes a qualitative analysis of the current situation of the human settlements in the downtown area of Xingping City,and then makes a quantitative analysis of the human settlements in Xingping City through the constructed index system,and sums up the problems existing in the human settlements.Finally,in view of the current situation,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve the quality of human settlements in the central city of Xingping,and sorts out the inspiration to improve the quality of human settlements in contemporary cities.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the characteristics of human settlements in medium-sized cities,and constructs an evaluation index system which can reflect the advantages and disadvantages of human settlements in medium-sized cities.The index system is divided into three levels.The first level indicators are living environment,ecological environment,social harmony,public security,economic development and resource conservation;There are 12 factors in the second level index after refining the first level index;The third level indicators are further refined to 38 factors.(2)After fully understanding the general situation of Xingping City,based on the evaluation index of human settlements in medium-sized cities,the evaluation index of human settlements belonging to Xingping City is refined.After data sorting and data calculation,the comprehensive evaluation results of human settlements in the central area of Xingping City are obtained,and the existing problems are summarized.(3)Then,guided by solving problems,the paper puts forward strategies to improve the quality of living environment from the aspects of urban spatial structure optimization,improvement of residents’ quality of life,ecological environment protection,water resources protection,urban greening,traffic facilities construction,public service facilities and actively integrating into greater Xi’an to accelerate the process of Xianxing integration.(4)At present,we have to reflect on the management of public facilities in the city center,so as to improve the quality of public services.Therefore,the paper proposes to bring the accurate human settlements construction into the urban fine governance system,promote the community governance,give play to the grass-roots strength,establish the planning system oriented to the people’s needs,encourage the city to leave space,improve the city’s resilience and establish a perfect human settlements management system.In order to play a guiding and reference role in urban planning,construction and management.
