Research On The Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Human Settlements Quality Of Small Towns In Yu’an District Of Lu’an City

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the construction of new urbanization has stepped on the great journey of the new era,providing a lasting impetus for the development of cities and towns,and the development of small towns has been uneven in the rapid progress of urbanization.The quality of the living environment is not good,the ecological problems are prominent;the industrial structure is chaotic,the radiation is not strong;the infrastructure allocation is not uniform,the supply of basic public service facilities is insufficient;and the problems of the construction of human settlements such as the loss of characteristics are increasingly prominent.The 19 th CPC National Congress of the Party proposed the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization,and the development of small towns faced new opportunities.At the end of the city,the small town is the important supporting point to carry out the rural strategy and promote the integration of urban and rural areas.Because Therefore,how to improve the quality of living environment in small towns is an important subject,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.First of all,the paper defines the basic concepts of human settlements and small towns,and clarifies 19 small towns in Yu’an District of Lu’ an City as the research object.At the same time,it combs the relevant theoretical research and related literature review,through enumerating some theoretical research related to human settlements science,explores their significance in the construction of human settlements construction theory in small towns,and summarizes the theoretical research and practice course of domestic human settlement environment,and probes into the development context of human settlement environment.Secondly,the paper analyzes the present situation of residential environment construction in small towns in Yu’an District of Lu’ an City by means of literature reading reference and field investigation.Based on the cognition of the present situation of residential environment construction in small towns in Yu’an District of Lu’ an City,the index system of residential environment in small towns in Yu’an District of Lu’ an City is constructed from five dimensions: social and economic environment,natural ecological environment,living environment and facility environment.Thirdly,the principal component analysis method is used to evaluate the human settlements of small towns in Yu’an District,Lu’an City,and the scores of each principal component factor are clarified.At the same time,the comprehensive score and ranking ofthe human settlements quality of small towns in Yu’an District of Lu’an City are calculated..Using the natural fracture method of ArcGIS software to visualize the evaluation results,to clarify the basic characteristics of the human settlements construction in small towns in Yu’an District,and to draw the following conclusions:(1)The overall level of human settlements quality in small towns in Yu’an District is low,The two-level differentiation of the comprehensive level of human settlements is serious,and the difference is obvious.(2)The main component factors that affect the level of human settlement construction in small towns in Yu’an District of Lu’an City are the living environment,facility environment and economic and social environmental quality;(3)The characteristic style environment and ecological environment quality indirectly affect the Yu’an District of Lu’an City The construction level of human settlements in small towns;(4)There are obvious differences in the main component elements of the towns,with different advantages and disadvantages.Based on the above analysis and evaluation,the types of improvement of human settlements in small towns in Yu’an District of Lu’an City are divided into general improvement type,key improvement type and characteristic charm type.Finally,through the basic idea of "according to local conditions,classification guidance;step by step,each broken;near and far combination,phased construction ",this paper discusses three types of small town promotion strategies,and selects three different types of small towns to do typical sample analysis.By dividing the types of improving the quality of the living environment in small towns,improving the quality of the living environment in small towns by classification,and reducing the difference of the living environment quality in small towns in Yu’an District of Lu’ an City,it provides certain reference value for government decision-making and the construction of the living environment.Figure [61] Table [36] Reference [86]...
