Evaluation Of Human Settlements And Optimization Strategy Research In Downtown Of Tanghe County

In 2011,urbanization rate of China for the first time exceeded 50%,indicating the city came to a new stage of development.Construction focus was shifted from "persueing quantity" to "persueing quality",therefore due to the slowdown of construction speed,urban transformation,industry transformation and further improvement of the living conditions of residents were valued more.For long-term consideration,China has an urgent need to explore new urban pattern and upgrade industrial technology for the sake of adapting to the challenges of the future environment and the need for further urbanization.Along with improvement of economic and material conditions,residents began to pursue the diversity of life and had request for higher stardards of interpersonal,ecological environment,social security,public services and infrastructure.Thus the construction of human settlement environment attracted more and more attention.Although compared to big cities,urbanization rate and the level of development in county-level cities are still in low status,however owing to its huge number and nearly-three-of-all population,county-level cities have become the main target of new type of urbanization in the new era.Under the comprehensive environmental impact,county-level cities on one hand are radiately driven by its upper host cities,on the other hand are the functional core area and development power resources of its subordinate district and township.County-level cities are the realistic microcosm of today's urbanization status,the improvement of its human settlement will directly affect all aspects of the life of the majority of the residents.So we should put forward the corresponding optimization strategy on the basis of evaluation on human settlement in county.Considering that research on human settlement in county-level cities is very limited and exceptional,we cannot directly apply existed evaluation index system which based on comprehensive situation of big cities.Hence in this paper,we select downtown of Tanghe County as an practical example to develop in-depth research.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part includes the first chapter,which is the background research and the way of thinking.The key is to elaborate the research background and significance,review the research status,sort out the research ideas,main content and research methods.The second part consists of second chapters,which is related theory and case study.According to the relevant theories of human settlements and the excellent practice cases of county-level cities,the study concluded.Analysis of different location conditions and development based on the characteristics and differences of urban living environment construction at county level,and related content for the construction of urban living environment in China County,to improve the reference value.The third part consists of third chapters,which is the evaluation index system of urban human settlements at county level.In clear county urban living environment,the characteristics and the problems of the foundation,in view of the existing research and application of the evaluation index system of human settlements are discussed,their concerns and limitations analysis,applicable to the construction of the county-level cities of residential environment evaluation index system.The fourth part includes the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter,which is the part of practice and optimization strategy.In view of the actual situation in the city center of Tanghe County,county urban residential environment evaluation index system of evaluation,analysis of the current situation,combined with a new round of the overall urban planning,put forward reasonable and practical optimization strategy and specific implementation measures,so as to guide the urban construction and development of urban environment.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect.Summarize the full text,at the same time to reflect on the characteristics of the evaluation and construction of the city's living environment at the county level,discuss the evaluation index system and the optimization of the.The main research results of this paper can be summarized as:(1)through the analysis of the characteristics and problems of the urban human settlements,and combined with the research of the application of the index system of human settlements,a set of index system for the evaluation of urban human settlements;(2)through the collection and processing of the data,of Tanghe County Center of urban human settlements environment were more comprehensive and detailed evaluation,in view of the present situation of in-depth analysis;(3)put forward the principles and objectives of Tanghe County Center of the urban living environment development on the basis of the above.Then the strategies and measures of the construction of human settlements are put forward from the aspects of urban spatial structure,ecological environment protection,infrastructure construction,urban cultural characteristics and public policy management.
