Research On The Cultural Relics Conservation Division Of The Hexi Section Of The Great Wall National Cultural Park

The Great Wall in the Hexi Corridor area,due to its special geographical environment and historical culture,has formed a unique attribute that is different from other sections of the Great Wall.It can be studied as a relatively independent object in the Great Wall as a whole.The Hexi Great Wall and the Hexi section of the Great Wall National Cultural Park in this article are a comprehensive expression of the regional and historical and cultural characteristics of the Great Wall in the Hexi Corridor as a whole.The Great Wall is an immovable cultural relic in cultural heritage.According to our country’s cultural relic protection system,cultural relic protection zoning is an important,indispensable,and legally effective administrative protection measure.According to cultural relics protection zoning and corresponding zoning management regulations,the protection of cultural relics,cultural relics environment and other cultural relics value elements is realized through the management and control of engineering construction and other activities within the zoning scope.This article first analyzes the composition of the value elements of the Hexi Great Wall and its spatial morphology,and on this basis,puts forward the existing problems of the existing protection zoning;then,in response to the current problems of the protection zoning,based on the theory of spatial cognition,combined with relevant practical experience,The basis and method for delimitation of the Hexi Great Wall cultural relic protection zoning are proposed.In July 2019,the "Great Wall,Grand Canal,and Long March National Cultural Park Construction Plan" was reviewed and approved in Beijing.The construction of the Great Wall National Cultural Park provides a good opportunity for the protection and utilization of the Great Wall,and will effectively promote the improvement of the protection and utilization of the Great Wall.First of all,the construction purpose of the National Cultural Park and the establishment of the main functional areas require the protection of the Great Wall heritage with all elements rather than only physical entities;second,the protection of the Great Wall heritage emphasizes the connection between various value elements,Requiring protection measures to be taken as a whole rather than in isolation;Moreover,the construction of national cultural parks requires that the value of cultural relics be fully utilized under the premise of effective protection of the Great Wall heritage,creative display and utilization,and the display of the Great Wall culture Local cultural tourism,socio-economic development,and the improvement of public service facilities and public infrastructure are combined.This puts forward new requirements for the delimitation of the Great Wall cultural relics protection zone.The spatial relationship between cultural relics protection zoning and the main functional areas of the national cultural park and the way of convergence,the impact of cultural relics protection requirements on the realization of the purpose of national cultural park construction and the compatible ways are the background of the construction of national cultural parks,and the Great Wall cultural relics protection zoning must be considered when delineating problem.The identification and excavation of cultural relic information and its value,as well as the determination of the value of cultural relics are the basis for delimiting protection zones,and its significance lies in the complete discovery of various cultural relics value elements that should be protected objects.As the value element of the protection object,its type,form and distribution form are complex and diverse,and the distribution range can also be extended almost infinitely.It is difficult to meet the requirements for the overall protection of cultural relics with neat and uniform concentric divisions.According to the theory of spatial cognition,human beings,as the subject of cognition,will construct a priori and universal cognitive framework related to the substance of cultural relics and their meanings,from geographic units to the site where the cultural relics are located.Multi-layer space structure.Due to the universality of the transcendental cognitive framework,the spatial structure of cultural relics constructed by the subject has the attributes of public cognition,which can be used as the basic basis for delimitation of protected areas.Taking the whole composed of all value elements as the protection object,corresponding to the spatial morphology and structure of cultural relics,delimiting the protection zones according to the type attributes and management and control requirements of the value elements is the basic idea of delimiting cultural relics protection zones proposed in this article,which specifically combines the characteristics of the Hexi Great Wall The characteristics of the
