High voltage winding is the core component of oil immersed transformer,which directly affects the quality and performance of oil immersed transformer.High voltage winding is produced and manufactured by high voltage coil winding machine,and its quality largely depends on the performance of winding machine.At present,most of the winding machines used to produce high-voltage windings are semi-automatic winding machines.The wire arrangement accuracy of the wire arrangement mechanism is low,and there is a large position error when turning back at the end of the new layer winding.At the same time,it is lack of practical and efficient automatic detection means.The winding process of the coil is often monitored manually,and the internal layer structure of the winding can not be accurately described.Aiming at the above problems,this paper designs the winding control system of high-voltage coil of oil immersed transformer in order to improve the wiring accuracy and automatic detection level of high-voltage winding.In order to realize high-speed and high-precision wire winding,a position servo system of wire arrangement mechanism based on sliding mode control is designed.By analyzing the winding process of wire,the position servo control mode is adopted for the wire arrangement mechanism.In order to improve the rapidity and tracking accuracy of the wire arrangement system and suppress the influence of wire axial pressure and external interference on the wire arrangement system,a position controller based on sliding mode control is designed.The system modeling and simulation verification are carried out in the Simulink environment,and compared with the layout servo system based on PID algorithm.The experimental results show that the layout servo system based on sliding mode control meets the system requirements,has better response speed and tracking accuracy when turning back at the end and following the position of the spindle,and has strong anti-interference ability.In order to realize the automatic detection of winding,a winding detection system based on laser contour scanner is designed.According to the structural characteristics of the winding,a static detection algorithm is designed to detect the static winding at the end of single-layer winding.In order to describe the winding structure more accurately,the winding dynamic detection method is studied.The position and contour of each wire are recorded in real time in the process of wire winding.By analyzing the influence of process parameters such as winding spindle speed and wire diameter on the dynamic detection process,the three-dimensional model of winding structure is established in 3D view software.The experimental results show that the designed winding detection system realizes the automatic detection and structure recording of windings,and the dynamic detection method has higher detection efficiency and quality.Finally,the high voltage coil winding control system is developed and verified.According to the mechanical structure and control requirements of the winding control system,the hardware and software scheme of the control system is designed,mainly including schematic design,electrical selection,motion control program design and human-computer interaction interface design,and then the physical construction and winding experiment of the control system are completed.The experimental results show that the servo system of wire arrangement mechanism based on sliding mode control designed in this paper meets the control requirements of high-voltage wire winding process,improves the wire arrangement accuracy and reduces the position error of winding wire when turning back at the end of new layer winding.
