| With the rapid development of China’s economy,the demand for electricity is increasing rapidly.As the main equipment of power network construction,the performance of distribution transformer directly affects the stability of power system.As the core of transformer,the winding level and forming quality of transformer coil determine the quality of transformer,and the winding level of transformer coil depends on the technical level of winding machine.Therefore,it is particularly important to manufacture high efficiency and high winding quality winding equipment for transformer coil.At present,the automation level of transformer coil winding equipment produced in China is low,which can only realize the automatic winding of wire,and the insulation layer and end insulation still need to be arranged manually;moreover,due to the unreasonable winding process design,the coil arrangement is uneven and the quality is poor.In view of the above shortcomings of the control system of domestic coil winding machine,this paper designs a set of control system which can realize the synchronous automatic winding of wire/layer insulation/end insulation.Firstly,the winding process of the transformer coil is studied,and the motion relationship between the winding spindle and the winding / paper arranging driven axis is analyzed.A new process of synchronous / gradient winding with wire and insulating paper is designed.The control technology of synchronous and cooperative winding of wire and insulating paper is studied.The path planning method of wire and insulating paper is confirmed.According to the parameters of winding coil,the simulation experiment is carried out in matlab and the simulation results are analyzed.Secondly,the coil manufacturing process of transformer coil winding machine is studied.Combined with the designed gradient winding process and synchronous winding requirements,the software and hardware control system is designed,and the hardware selection,software architecture construction and winding process optimization are carried out.Finally,according to the design of the control system to build the equipment,according to the coil model and parameters,the actual winding experiment is carried out,and the experimental results are analyzed.The experimental verification of actual coil winding: The control system of the distribution transformer coil winding machine designed in this paper has perfect technology and reasonable winding process,which can realize the synchronous gradient automatic winding of wire/insulation paper/terminal insulation. |
