With the rapid development of the transportation and logistics industries at home and abroad,the market has increasingly higher requirements for the efficiency and accuracy of cargo sorting.Nowadays,people’s demand are great,the mobility of goods is continuously improved,the workload of sorting goods is greatly increased,and the work is becoming more and more difficult.If the logistics system suffers from failures such as stagnation,jamming at the fork,or sorting errors,then technicians need to troubleshoot numerous failure points,which leads to a long downtime period and affects the sorting efficiency of the system seriously.Therefore,the logistics sorting system needs to be carried out analysis and further optimization to improve the intelligence of the sorting line system.In view of the characteristics of the logistics sorting line system that can identify goods continuously and quickly,and sort automatically,when the system fails after a period of operation,in order to ensure that the system can continue to operate,Restarting technology and self-configuration technology of system is used in the thesis.In terms of handling the faults in the sorting line,the system can realize the self-diagnosis,self-solving,and fully intelligent operation of the faults.This not only saves a lot of manpower and material resources,but also reduces downtime and reduces the sorting error rate.The main research content of the thesis is as follows:(1)First building the system model of the logistics sorting line: two sorting main lines and three sorting branch lines are contained in the system.The system structure is a modular design,which is mainly composed of communication modules,field action modules and control modules.Siemens PLC as the main controller to undertake the control tasks and control the normal sorting of goods on the sorting line are used the system.The PROFIBUS network communication of the PLC master-slave station also are used the system to ensure the information interaction between the host computer in the main control room and each sorting branch line,as well as real-time monitoring of the sorting line’s running status.(2)Next,establishing the operating COP model of the system,performing offline analysis and calculation,and representing each action of the system with the automaton5-tuple state set.Then,according to the dependency and restriction requirements of the system action,the state diagram of the system is generated,and finally all possible restart states of the system are exported and written into the database and control program of the system.When the system fails later,the operator can according to the failure manifestation,Searching for all possible restart states of the operation failure,so as to solve the system failure.(3)When using self-configuration technology to deal with system failures,the thesis first and elaborates the principle of self-configuration method.Specific sensors are used to locate the system’s software failures in this technology,and then failure analysis is conducted;then building the system architecture model,using self-configuration for fault handling and then using this method to deal with the faults of the pressure sensor and bar code sensor of the sorting line system,and then from the four aspects of real-time,fault coverage ratio,work required to increase the fault coverage ratio,and the amount of software changes.The evaluation of the system proves that the method has a certain effectiveness.
