| At present,China’s logistics is undergoing a rapid development,the growth rate of which is higher than that of GDP during the same period,but its efficiency is not high.The emergence of “double eleven” Shopping Festival in recent years has stimulated the shopping enthusiasm of Chinese citizens greatly.However,if “warehouse explosion” occurs,express companies will be confronted with various problems such as violent sorting of the parcels,low speed of the express and large quantities of wrong parcels,which may reduce the shopping enthusiasm of the consumers.Currently,the majority of the express companies in China mainly sort the parcels manually,which seriously restricts the development of the logistics in China.The automatic sorting system can effectively solve the problems resulted from manual sorting.Due to its characteristics of continuous mass sorting operation,low error rate of sorting and almost unmanned operation,the automatic sorting system has been applied widely in modern logistics.With the development of the logistics,express companies have higher requirements for quick sorting and economic applicability.Therefore,based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing products,this paper designs a new type of universal logistics sorting system.This paper mainly consists of the following procedures:(1)Propose the overall design project of the universal sorting system.With the adoption of SolidWorks software,a detailed design of the three-dimensional structure will be conducted so as to choose the types of some of the components of the sorting system.With reference to relevant theories and the simulation module,the operating principle of the system is investigated for the verification of the rationality and feasibility of the design,compared with similar products highlights the product’s innovation and value.(2)The finite element analysis software,ANSYS Workbench,is used to model the main load-bearing structure of the body of the system,to divide the mesh,and to impose constraints and loads,thus finishing the examination of strength and stiffness.In order to avoid the occurrence of resonance,a modal analysis as well as a strengthening treatment of the body will be carried out.(3)Based on the hardware design,the author will draw PLC ladder diagrams of the subprogram and the main program on GX Developer software platform.The subprogram includes control on the following items: button,frequency conversion,scanning,angle of the sorting and alarm of crossing counting.And the stimulation of the crossing counting alarm control program is carried out on GX Developer software platform.(4)Finally,the results of the study are summarized,and the improvement and application suggestions of the new type of universal logistics sorting system are put forward. |
