With the development of society,non-standard equipment manufacture have become the mainstream.However,due to the fierce market competition and the diversification of customer demand,customers have higher and higher requirements in terms of delivery time,quality and cost.Non-standard equipment manufacture is a kind of product specially customized by enterprises according to customers’ needs.The project development process is complex,difficult,highly professional,and can not be produced in batches.At the same time,it is also restricted by the development factors of small and micro enterprises,such as technology,capital,equipment,talent,etc.,which often lead to project delays.Therefore,project management has been paid more and more attention by enterprise managers.With limited resources,the whole process of the project is planned,organized and coordinated in a circular way.This paper starts from the phenomenon of delay in non-standard equipment manufacture of small and micro enterprises(E Company)in the past five years: firstly,it analyzes the reasons for the delay in project delivery from the six dimensions of "human,machine,material,method,measurement and environment".Then,using the relevant methods of project management(WBS,PERT,CPM,etc.),the schedule of equipment manufacturest that meets the development needs of the enterprise is prepared,and the key path of non-standard equipment manufacture is determined as follows: 1.1 → 1.2 → 1.3 → 2.1 → 4.2.1 → 4.2.2 → 5.1.1 → 5.1.2 → 5.1.3 → 6.2 →6.4 → 6.5 → 6.6.The design and manufacturing cycle of the project is 104 days,and the delivery period of the project is 88 days,which is 20% less than the initial network plan.Finally,according to the actual situation of E Company(such as the organization and management structure,the process of project design and manufacturing,etc.),effective measures for project schedule management are formulated,including: the use of AHP to build a multi-dimensional comprehensive capability evaluation system,the classification management of non-standard equipment manufactures based on Stacey matrix,and the design schedule monitoring mode based on different departments.Based on the actual situation of the enterprise,this paper selects mature research methods to study the progress of E company’s non-standard equipment manufacture,establishes a project management model that meets E company’s own development needs,solves the problem of enterprise’s non-standard equipment manufactures delay,improves the comprehensive utilization rate of enterprise resources and market competitiveness,and further improves the enterprise’s comprehensive management level.The research results have reference significance for similar small and micro enterprises to carry out project schedule management research.
