Research On The Countermeasures Of Improving The Leadership Of Senior Managers In Hengshao Expressway Company

With the transition from high-speed development stage to highquality development stage,it is the key for enterprises to improve the leadership of top management to achieve healthy,stable and sustainable development.The situation of highway tolls is becoming more and more serious.Highway enterprises are facing the system transformation and economic growth mode transformation.In this situation,the responsibilities and demands of the top managers are getting higher and higher.How to become a manager matching the development of the company is an extremely urgent problem.Firstly,by tracing back to the literature at home and abroad,this paper defines leadership as the ability to mobilize people’s enthusiasm and ultimately achieve organizational goals.The specific influencing factors include four aspects: leadership quality,leadership behavior,follower quality and environment.Secondly,combined with the existing results of leadership thought and theoretical research and the practical experience of Hengshao Expressway Company,the paper analyzes the leadership data of the top managers of the enterprise by questionnaire survey,and establishes the leadership quality model,which is composed of four items,namely,decisionmaking power,influence,unified financing power and industry insight,including 17 elements.Thirdly,based on the leadership quality model of senior managers,the second survey and analysis are carried out,and the test criteria of leadership are whether to grasp the organizational mission,whether to call on others to move forward,and whether to achieve goals.This paper studies the problems existing in the leadership of senior managers of Hengshao Expressway Company,and analyzes the causes.Fourthly,from three aspects of leadership self-development,organization development and mechanism construction,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve leadership...
