| In recent years,the competitive pressure faced by state-owned construction enterprises in China has become increasingly fierce,and enterprises are increasingly aware of the important role of personnel training in enhancing the effectiveness of human resources and strengthening the core competitiveness of enterprises.Cultivating a team of excellent internal trainers is conducive to solving the problems of high training cost,difficulty of personnel gathering,insignificant training effect and traditional skills discontinuity in construction enterprises,which is conducive to the extraction of corporate experience and inheritance of corporate culture,targeted training of talents required by enterprises and improvement of corporate training effect.Founded in 1950,Company A is a large state-owned construction enterprise that is representative in the industry.Using PDCA cycle model,interview method,questionnaire method and literature research method,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of internal trainer training in Company A and proposes improvement countermeasures.At present,the following problems exist in the internal trainer training of Company A:(1)in the training planning link,the selection standard of training target is not scientific enough and the demand analysis is insufficient;(2)in the training implementation link,the training method is single,the degree of Internet fragmentation learning is low and the content selection is not reasonable enough;(3)in the training evaluation link,the evaluation method is limited,the time does not match the training content and the evaluation subject is not positioned correctly;(4)in the(4)in the training continuous improvement link,the training summary is not deep enough,lack of long-term tracking research,and the training summary is not applied to the system construction.In this paper,combining with the theories of competency model and knowledge transformation model,improvement measures are proposed for the four aspects of internal trainer training in Company A.The main measures are:(1)in the training planning link,strengthen the training demand analysis and do a good job of training target selection;(2)in the training implementation link,enrich the training organization form,promote the Internet fragmented learning and focus on the cultivation of knowledge extraction ability;(3)in the training evaluation link,establish a multi-level and phased training evaluation system;(4)in the continuous improvement link of training,do a good job of training organization management system optimization,implement the grading and classification management system of internal trainer training,establish the entry and exit mechanism of internal trainer training,etc. |
