Under the background of the shift from manufacturing in china to creation in china,industrial design has received more and more attention.Both the central and local governments have actively issued policies to encourage the innovative development of industrial design.Some documents point out that building a service platform for industrial design and strengthening the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research is an effective way to promote the innovation and development of industrial design and improve the difficulties in the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries.At present,the literature research on industry-university-research collaborative innovation combined with regional industrial design service platform is relatively less,and the actual case only refers to strengthening industry-university-research collaborative innovation,which has not been really implemented.In the process of practice,due to the lack of scientific and reasonable design process guidance,the platform fails to combine industry-university-research collaborative innovation well.the functions of the platform designed and developed and the design services provided by the platform can not meet the needs of the regional industrial design industry and industry,and even exceed the carrying capacity of regional design capacity and resources,but restrain the innovation and ecological development of the design industry.Based on this,it is very necessary to study the design process of the industrial design service platform of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.Through the literature research on industry-university-research collaborative innovation and regional industrial design service platform,the related concepts are clarified.The analogy study of platform practice to find the advantages and disadvantages of platform construction provides theoretical support and research ideas for the research of industry-university-research collaborative innovation regional industrial design service platform.On this basis,from the point of view of industrial design industry chain,service objects and industry characteristics,combined with industry-university-research collaborative innovation,using the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods.Carry out research on the strategic deployment,demand level and operation mode of the platform.First of all,the swot-pest analysis method is used to analyze the factors that affect the positioning of the platform,and then determine the positioning of the platform,and combined with the industrial design industry chain and industrial design process to determine the organizational structure of the platform of industry-university-research cooperation.Secondly,the grounded theoretical qualitative research method is used to encode the interview data and the design services of other platforms,and the requirement model and requirement hierarchy model of the platform are deduced and refined according to the coding results.Thirdly,through the study of the existing three main modes and their main functions,the factors affecting the selection of platform operation mode are analyzed,and the evaluation index system and comparison model of platform operation mode decision-making are constructed by using ahp analytic hierarchy process ahp.According to the evaluation weight of the index,the optimal platform operation mode matching the characteristics of regional industrial design is decided.Finally,it summarizes the design process of the regional industrial design service platform of industry-university-research collaborative innovation and completes the demonstration based on the project of anshan industrial design innovation center.Hope to provide reference methods for the construction of regional industrial design service platform to better meet the needs of the industry.
