Research On The Development Mode Of Innovation Service Network Of Emerging Industries From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand Coordination

Intense industrial competition at home and abroad has led to poor innovation environments,innovation difficulties,and shortened innovation cycles.As a result,innovation subjects in emerging industries increasingly rely on the resources of professional service entities,also known as innovation service subjects.In order to meet the increasingly comprehensive and diversified innovation needs of emerging industries,innovation service subjects gradually develop a sense of cooperation,integrate resources,form service combinations,and create a network prototype.With the development of innovation service network,the flow of innovation resources among emerging industries has been further deepened,and the allocation of innovation resources has also been optimized.However,although China’s emerging industry innovation service network has a certain scale,it is still relatively weak from a professional point of view,which is embodied in: scattered innovation service resources,low integration degree,low coordination degree,and low comprehensive professional service level for emerging industries.The supply-oriented innovation service system is not consistent with the various innovation needs of enterprises,and the enterprise-demand-oriented innovation service system and mechanism are not perfect.Therefore,how to solve the problem of synergy between supply and demand of innovation services in emerging industries,so as to better promote the development of innovation service network in emerging industries,has become a scientific issue worthy of discussion.Firstly,this paper defines the connotation of innovation service,analyses the constituent elements and characteristics of innovation service network of emerging industries,and clarifies the industrial innovation theory and supplydemand synergy theory based on this paper by combing and summarizing the domestic and international research results,combining the characteristics of emerging industries and innovation of emerging industries.Based on the perspective of supply and demand synergy,the research framework of emerging industry innovation service network development mode is constructed.Secondly,this paper researches the evolution of emerging industry innovation service network under the perspective of supply and demand synergy,including the analysis of the changes in the scale of emerging industry innovation service network,cooperation behaviour and influencing factors.The LotkaVolterra model(LV model)is applied to analyse the expansion process of emerging industry innovation service network,and the evolutionary game model is used to study the cooperation behaviour pattern of network subjects.On this basis,the complex network model is used to simulate the expansion process of emerging industry innovation service network,to reveal the evolution law of emerging industry innovation service network structure,and to design the overall framework of emerging industry innovation service network development mode under the perspective of supply-demand synergy.Thirdly,following the evolution law of innovation service network of emerging industries and taking supply-demand synergy as the development goal,we put forward the design idea of innovation service network development mode of emerging industries,and construct innovation service network development modes of emerging industries,i.e.,following development mode of innovation service network of emerging industries,interacting development mode of innovation service network of emerging industries and leading development mode of innovation service network of emerging industries,and give the specific implementation details and applicability of each development mode.The specific implementation details and application conditions of each development model are also given.Fourthly,we proposes specific indicators and methods for selecting innovation service network development models for emerging industries from three dimensions: innovation development level of emerging industries,maturity of innovation service network development and synergy between supply and demand of innovation services.Meanwhile,based on the dilemma and risk of the model,the implementation guarantee of the three models of emerging industry innovation service network following development model,emerging industry innovation service network interactive development model and emerging industry innovation service network leading development model is given.Fifth,the development model is verified by taking the offshore engineering equipment industry as an example,and on the basis of analysing the current situation of supply and demand of innovation services in the offshore engineering equipment industry,a suitable development model is matched for it,and specific implementation countermeasures for the development model are given.This study reveals the connotation of innovation service network of emerging industries and the behavioural logic of cooperation relationship determination,analyzes the synergistic relationship between supply and demand of innovation service of emerging industries and the evolution mechanism of innovation service network of emerging industries,innovatively constructs the framework of development mode of innovation service network of emerging industries under the perspective of synergistic supply and demand and gives a selection model,which plays an important role in upgrading the service level of innovation service network of emerging industries,realizing synergistic development of innovation subjects and service subjects,and promoting the development of science and technology innovation of emerging industries.This study aims to provide advanced theoretical methodological support and decisionmaking reference for local governments in China to formulate relevant policies,and then promote the development of innovation and innovation services in emerging industries.
