With the rapid development of sharing economy,logistics and delivery enterprises continue to innovate business models to meet the timeliness requirements of customers for distribution services,and introduce the sharing concept into the "last mile" delivery process,resulting in a new delivery mode-crowdsourcing delive.Using the idea of sharing economy,crowdsourcing delivery can make full use of the idle human resources of the public groups,provide delivery services for customers by using crowdsource with and without pre-routes,and optimize the order allocation and route optimization through the crowdsourcing delivery platform,so as to reduce the operation cost of logistics delivery enterprises and improve customer satisfaction.In view of whether there is a pre-route for crowdsource,this paper puts forward the problem of order allocation and route optimization considering that crowdsource have a pre-route and no pre-route in crowdsourcing delivery,and applies the optimization model and example to superior package delivery route.The main contents of this paper include the following three aspects:The first aspect is that considering the problem in the case that the crowdsource has a pre-route,the corresponding mathematical model is constructed.Firstly,the problem of order allocation and route planning in the case of crowdsource with a pre-route is described in detail.Secondly,the problem solving construction is given,and the related factors of customer satisfaction are analyzed,and the customer satisfaction function is given.Then,the model of order allocation and route optimization with the goal of minimizing total cost and maximizing customer satisfaction is constructed.Finally,the solution to the model is designed.The second aspect is that considering the problem of order allocation and route optimization in the case that the crowdsource without a pre-route,the corresponding mathematical model is constructed.Firstly,the problem of order allocation and route optimization in the case of crowdsource without pre-route is described in detail.Secondly,the problem solving constrction is given,and the penalty cost function is given.Then,the model of order allocation and route optimization with the goal of minimizing total cost and maximizing customer satisfaction is constructed.Finally,the solution to the model is designed.The third aspect is that the application analysis of order allocation and route optimization in the case of crowdsource with pre-routes and the case of crowdsource without pre-routes are carried out respectively.The results prove the validity of the model.In this paper,the solution to the problem of order allocation and route optimization in crowdsourcing delivery is given in view of the situation that crowdsource have a pre-route and crowdsource don’t have a pre route.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The problem of order allocation and route optimization in crowdsourcing delivery proposed in this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.The background of crowdsourcing delivery is applied to the order allocation and route optimization of "last mile"delivery,and the optimization models are given respectively for the order allocation and route planning problems considering the crowdsource with and without pre-route.(2)This paper constructs a route optimization model to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize the total delivery cost for the order allocation and route optimization problem considering the pre-route of crowdsource.In order to solve the problem of order allocation and route optimization without pre-route,a route optimization model of maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing total distribution cost is constructed.In the case that the crowdsource have a pre-route,the crowdsource can only serve customers from the starting point of the pre-route,one customer point can only serve once,send and receive at one customer point at the same time,and finally return to the destination of the pre-route;the self owned vehicles of the crowdsourcing delivery platform start from the distribution center to serve customers,one customer point can only serve once,and finally return to the distribution center.In the case of crowdsource without a pre-route,the crowdsource submit a set of customer demand orders for services.A customer point can only serve once,but the rely point can be served multiple times,which is in line with the real life crowdsourcing delivery process.
