With the continuous development of china railway construction, the area that railway network cover grows wider as well as the geography grows more diverse, which causes the problem that varied natural disasters occur in these areas impact enormously on the railway transportation. During disasters, railway transportation infrastructures are damaged and the operation condition is highly different from normal conditions, thus increasing the difficulty in transportation organization. Adjusting the operation paths of trains influence by disasters and organize train operation safely and effectively is complementing and developing the train transportation organization, and thus is of high significance in practical application and of theoretical value.This paper focuses on the train operation route adjustment and optimization during disasters. Starting from aspects like train operation organizations, factors influencing alternative operation routes generation and train operation routes distribution and so on, combined with railway operation organization theories and methods, this paper did a thorough investigation in feasible operation route generation algorithm and train operation route distribution model, and the main researches work are as follows:(1) Analyzed the properties of the train network in our country, and described the influence that natural disaster on railway transportation. And according to the incidence of disasters, this paper did a summary on train operation organizations under normal and serious disasters, as well as the methods to adjust train operation routes under serious disasters.(2) This paper analyzed the influencing factors of alternative train operation routes, and studied the influence of operating trains with speed differences on operation route distribution as well as described the distribution principles for train operation routes. This paper analyzed the shortest path generation algorithm and designed the improved K-shortest path algorithm based on carrying capacity.(3) Based on the distribution principles for train operation routes, minimum the total operation time of train operating on the alternative routes as the optimization as the goal, and built the train operation routes distribution model during disasters, as well as designed corresponding genetic algorithm solution. And finally, compared train operation route distribution the results with the principles put forward in the paper.
