| Whether the project can be delivered within the scheduled time is the most critical part of the project’s economic goals and the most complicated part of the project management.It is also important to make progress control management during the construction phase to be of great significance to project management.This paper intends to study the practice of planning and controlling the project schedule by using the project management method through the practice of the JT road transmission and transformation line project of A Power Company.This paper first analyzes the project management theory and project schedule planning theory first,and then analyzes the project schedule control theory.On this basis,this paper introduces the JT road transmission and transformation line project of A Power Company,starting from the characteristics of power transmission and transformation projects.The background of the project and the overall objectives of the project further analyzed the factors affecting the progress of the project.The analysis of the progress management of the JT road transmission and transformation line project of A Power Company is the focus of this paper.From the organization structure chart of the project,to the planning method of the project and the determination of the work responsibility assignment of the project as far as the work relationship and continuity of the project are determined.By the end of the project,the initial schedule of the project is prepared,and the project schedule is optimized.First,the duration of the work in the critical line is shortened,and then the interval between the key work unit and the immediate work is adjusted,and finally,a certain period of time is optimized.Through the construction requirements analysis and field construction inspection,the project schedule and control of the JT road transmission and transformation line project of A Power Company are effectively analyzed.The scientific and reasonable evaluation theory and method are applied to the JT road transmission and transformation line project of A Power Company.Effective planning and schedule control practices through the effective control of the progress of the A Power Company JT road transmission and transformation line project,the project is implemented according to the plan.At the same time,this paper carried out the progress control analysis of the JT road transmission and transformation line project of A power company and proposed the main measures of project schedule control according to the objectives and functions of the project schedule control.Finally,the problems and causes of the progress management of the JT road transmission and transformation line project of A Power Company are analyzed.The suggestions for strengthening the project schedule management,as well as the management and implementation of the construction organization design and construction plan.The strengthening of the project site supervision and urging mechanism,and the strict implementation of the project with resource allocation plan are proposed. |
