| In recent years,with the rapid development of economy of China and the growing demand for people’s livelihood,all kinds of customers have gradually improvedtheir requirements for power quality and power supply service quality,which makes State Grid Corporation of China to further strengthen the construction of power transmission and transformation projects.However,in terms of progress management of power transmission and transformation projects,SGCC still mainlyrelies on its own experience for management,and has not yet established a systematic,mature and perfect progress management system.In this paper,first of all,through the in-depth study of the work content of power transmission and transformation,each production process and its immediate predecessor activity are defined,and the main content and staff of each process are determined.WBS decomposition model is established to decompose the power transmission and transformation project.Then,differential evolution algorithm is used to improve the original model,and parameters are set according to the actual application,and through the objective function.Finally,the paper studies the progress of H110 k V power transmission and transformation project,using the model obtained in this paper,optimizes the progress of the project,according to the optimization results,puts forward relevant suggestions and rectification measures for the progress management of power transmission and transformation project,and provides empirical reference for other power transmission and transformation projects.The schedule optimization model proposed in this paper is universal for power transmission and transformation projects.It’s also provides scientific and effective management tools for schedule management of power transmission and transformation projects. |
