In modern society,electric power is closely related to social production and People’s Daily life,and the electric power industry is of great significance to promote the development of national economy.In recent years,China’s power grid construction has made remarkable progress,making great contributions to the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.With the rapid growth of China’s economy,the demand for electricity in various industries has achieved a rapid growth,and the corresponding construction pace of power grid projects is also getting faster.Power transmission and transformation projects,as the top priority of power grid projects,have a far-reaching impact on promoting the development of power grid.Power transmission and transformation project involves a wide range and a variety of types,which is a complex system engineering.There are also different kinds of risks in different stages of power transmission and transformation project,among which the most important safety risks such as personal injury and death are concentrated in the construction phase,which is also the most direct step related to the successful implementation of the project.At the same time,Power transmission and transformation project has the characteristics of long period,strong technology and high risk,so it is of great significance to risk management in the construction stage of power transmission and transformation project.Combined with the risk management experience of power transmission and transformation projects at home and abroad,this paper studies the risk management in the construction stage according to the actual situation of 110 k V Yang Ming power transmission and transformation project.Firstly,this paper introduces the general situation of 110 k V Yang Ming power transmission and transformation project,and makes an overall introduction to the project from three aspects: project background,construction scale and necessity of project construction.Then,using brainstorming method and Delphi method to identify and locate the risks of the project during the construction phase from four aspects: construction technology risk,construction safety risk,construction management risk and construction environment risk.According to the identification results,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process are used to evaluate the risk of 110 k V Yang Ming power transmission and transformation project,and the evaluation results are analyzed.Finally,it puts forward targeted construction risk response measures and safeguard measures to eliminate risk events and ensure the safe completion of the project.From the perspective of project managers,this paper makes a systematic study on the construction risk management of 110 k V Yang Ming power transmission and transformation project,which not only makes the project management unit have strong practical significance for the risk control of the project,but also provides guidance and reference for the construction risk control of this kind of power transmission and transformation project in the future.
