When China’s thermal power companies are facing a series of severe tests such as resource depletion and environmental pollution,it is particularly important to reduce costs and increase efficiency.Guodian Kangping Power Generation Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Kangping Power Plant)is a thermal power enterprise.As early as 2014,the company responded to the national call for transformation.The wholly-owned subsidiary injected by the Group gradually transformed into a 50%group capital injection,50%conceited.Profit and loss business.In order to maintain a better competitiveness,cost reduction and efficiency increase are the major issues facing companies.After entering the work of Kangping Power Plant in 2013,it gradually learned that Kangpingdianchang Materials Warehouse was a material warehouse established in 2006 that was established together with the company to store internal materials;however,the material warehouse was still under construction in early 2006 and did not follow the company.The development of improvement and improvement,after several years of work observed that there are many problems that need to be improved in Kangpingdianchang Materials Warehouse,such as the unreasonable storage unit placement,complex and repeated movement routes,and unreasonable functional blocks.Therefore,this paper takes the actual situation of the interior facilities arrangement of Kangpingdianchang Materials Warehouse as the research background,reanalyzes the status quo of the facilities arrangement of Kangpingdianchang Materials Warehouse,uses SLP theory to design the optimized scheme,and proposes feasible methods for Kangpingdianchang Materials Warehouse according to the actual constraints.Optimization Strategy.This article reviews the literature and data on the arrangement of a large number of domestic and foreign warehouse facilities,and describes the relevant theories and methods for the layout of warehouse facilities.It focuses on the introduction of the mainstream SLP method for warehouse facilities,analyzes the principle of SLP facilities arrangement,the steps for their arrangement,and the insufficiency of Kang Electronics’ material warehouse itself.This put forward the idea of the overall facility arrangement of Kangpingdianchang Materials Warehouse.The SLP method of applied science studies the facility layout of Kangpingdianchang’s material warehouse,fully considering the influence of logistics factors and cost factors in each functional area of Kangpingdianchang ’s material warehouse,and then applying the centralized optimization program to the actual problems.The comparative analysis of the centralized plan will yield the optimal plan,which will play a substantial role in reducing costs and increasing efficiency of the company.
