China has taken a solid step from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power as a result of the implement of the "Made in China 2025" program of action,and further highlights the important role of manufacturing in the development of the national economy.At the same time,with the intensification of competition in economic globalization,competition in the manufacturing industry has become increasingly fierce.How to get a place in the fiercely competitive market has become an important part of the company's exploration and development.With the disappearance of China's demographic dividend advantage and the intensification of world resource consumption,simply relying on reducing raw material consumption costs and human resource costs can no longer meet the needs of enterprises to improve their competitive edge.Therefore,while efforts are being made to reduce production costs,companies need to continuously optimize production processes and improve operational efficiency.The layout of workshop facilities is an important part of enterprise optimization process and production logistics.The scientific and reasonable layout of workshop facilities can improve the productivity of industrial enterprises,reduce production costs,realize lean production and intelligent manufacturing,and comprehensively improve the competitiveness of industrial enterprises.Based on this,this paper takes R company A workshop as the research object,combines systematic layout planing(SLP)with genetic algorithm,optimizes and improves the layout of its workshop facilities,and designs and manufactures a workshop facility layout optimization system application in order to improve layout optimization work efficiency of the facility.Firstly,the thesis organizes the basic theoretical knowledge of workshop facilities layout,summarizes the application of SLP method and mathematical model algorithm in the layout problem of workshop facilities,compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods in dealing with the layout of workshop facilities,and determines the study methods in this paper.Then,through the on-the-spot investigation of R company A workshop product category,production,processing technology,component composition and workshop layout status,the basic data of the layout optimization of the A workshop facilities were sorted out,and the existing layout problems and optimization directions were analyzed and refined.In the process of optimization and improvement,the SLP method is first used for logistics analysis,mathematical model constraints are established,the material handling cost is minimized as the objective function,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the initial solution of the lowest material handling cost.Then,the SLP method is used to perform the inter-job operation unit.The non-logistics relationship and comprehensive mutual relationship analysis quantify the close relationship between the various operating units,comprehensively consider various factors,adjust the initial plan,and come up with a number of feasible workshop facilities layout plans.Then,the application point evaluation method selects and evaluates in multiple schemes,determines an optimal scheme suitable for the layout of the A workshop facilities,and proposes the design scheme of the material handling system according to the actual situation of the R company.Finally,based on the above research,the MATLAB software is used to develop the workshop facility layout optimization system based on genetic algorithm,which reduces the operation difficulty of the algorithm to solve the layout problem of the facility,and makes the idea of solving the layout problem of the algorithm popularized from universities to other research institutions.It has really enhanced the efficiency of the optimization of the layout of industrial enterprises.
