Full-face rock tunnel boring machine(TBM)is an important engineering equipment of widely used in the construction of long-distance and large-diameter tunnel projects.With its high construction efficiency,good safety performance and strong adaptability,TBM is widely used in various underground and tunnel projects at home and abroad.However,complex strata and geomorphology,poor working conditions and unpredictable conditions seriously affect the efficiency and service life of TBM.The construction of TBM load spectrum under complex conditions is very important for the subsequent study of fatigue life and reliability.In this paper,a method for compiling load spectrum of TBM cutterhead under complex conditions is presented.The complex factors affecting the forces of TBM cutters are analyzed synthetically,and the rock breaking force of the cutter is obtained by means of finite element analysis method.The thrust loads of TBM cutterhead are synthesized by the method of conversion coefficient,and the load data are processed and extended.Finally,a more comprehensive load spectrum of TBM cutterhead is compiled.The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the influence factors in the process of TBM rock breaking are analyzed from three aspects:geological conditions,tunneling parameters and cutter parameters.A binary stratigraphic model for composite strata is proposed,and the influence of penetration and cutting speed is considered in detail.Secondly,the FEA software ABAQUS is used to simulate the rock breaking process,and the load-time history data of cutter are obtained.The rationality of the simulation result is verified by the theoretical value of mathematical model and experimental data.The loads on the whole cutterhead are synthesized.Thirdly,for the load data obtained,the method of compression processing is used to obtain the extreme values,and the rain flow counting method is selected to count the data.By using the statistical software Minitab,the probability density function of the cutterhead load under each working condition is obtained by the method of distribution fitting,and the data are extended to compile the eight-stage load spectrum of TBM cutterhead.Finally,an object-oriented visual programming language Visual BASIC is used to develop the load spectrum generation platform.Through the form of human-computer interaction,parameters are set and modified to realize the generation of TBM cutterhead load spectrum under complex conditions.The load spectrum compilation method proposed in this paper can obtain the TBM cutterhead load spectrum under complex conditions.Relevant conclusions and data can provide an important reference for the subsequent fatigue and reliability analysis.The load spectrum generation platform can improve the efficiency of spectrum compilation and has a high application value.
