Logistics distribution includes two links: material selection and material distribution,which is an important foundation for the construction of large passenger ships.It is of great significance for improving the construction efficiency of large passenger ships to make a reasonable logistics plan according to the actual demand and complete the construction materials distribution of large passenger ships on time.The product characteristics of large passenger ships determine that multi-level distribution should be adopted in their construction logistics.At present,there are few researches on optimization of ship construction logistics distribution operations,and traditional logistics distribution decision-making methods can no longer meet the needs of lean management of multi-level distribution of large passenger ships.In view of the successful application of intelligent algorithms such as improved particle swarm optimization in complex decision-making problems such as route optimization and vehicle dynamic scheduling,this paper studies the multi-level distribution optimization method of large passenger ship construction logistics using intelligent algorithms.Firstly,this paper analyzes the actual process and research status of multi-level distribution,logistics path optimization and vehicle dynamic scheduling of large passenger ship construction logistics,and studies the multi-level distribution system of large passenger ship construction logistics based on the construction process of large passenger ship,combining material storage method,Internet of Things and AGV distribution.Then,according to the distribution characteristics of large-scale passenger ship construction logistics factory,an optimization model of distribution route in large-scale passenger ship construction logistics factory with time window and simultaneous pick-up and delivery is established.By introducing flight time factor,improving inertia weight and carrying out chaotic mutation strategy,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved to solve the optimization model of distribution route in factory,and the optimization method of distribution route in factory is obtained.The effectiveness of this method is verified by examples and comparative analysis.On the basis of in-plant distribution,by analyzing the distribution characteristics of large passenger ships on board,combined with AGV distribution technology,a dynamic scheduling model of AGV vehicles on board is established,and the improved genetic algorithm is studied to solve the problem of dynamic scheduling of onboard distribution vehicles.The performance of this dynamic scheduling method is verified by an example.Finally,the functional requirements and business processes of the multi-level distribution management system for construction logistics of large passenger ships are analyzed,the overall design of the multi-level distribution management system for construction logistics of large passenger ships is completed,and the prototype system is developed and implemented.
