the risk of money will also reduce the group’s overall service efficiency of funds and profits.Therefore,more and more group companies adopt centralized management to make overall use of intra-group funds to achieve synergies within the group,ensure the safety of funds,and improve the efficiency and income of the overall use of funds.There are different modes for centralized capital management of group companies,each of which has its advantages and disadvantages and specific application conditions.The group company should select modes scientifically according to its own development stage,organizational mode and other practical situations,and optimize the centralized capital management under specific modes according to the problems existing in the practice process.The emergence and development of K Group company coincides with the emergence and rapid expansion of domestic group companies,which is representative to a certain extent.After 30 years of development,the centralized capital management system of K Group company is relatively perfect and has reference value.This paper takes K Group company as the research object and internal data of the group company as the research data.Based on the basic theory of centralized capital management of the group company,the case analysis method,literature research method and comparative analysis method are selected to study how to optimize the centralized capital management of the group company under the mode of settlement center.This paper draws the following conclusions through research: First,fund management is the focus of financial management of the group company,is also the core content of the group company management.There are two ways of fund management: decentralized management and centralized management.In contrast,centralized fund management is the trend of The Times and the inevitable choice after the group company has developed to a certain stage.Second,by comparing and analyzing six centralized capital management modes of group companies from seven perspectives,it can be concluded that each mode has its advantages and disadvantages,and group companies should choose according to their own development stage and organizational mode.In contrast,the settlement center model,characterized by two lines of income and expenditure and combining centralization and decentralization,is more suitable for the current development stage of K Group.Third,the centralized capital management of the group company can be divided into account management,allocation management,financing and guarantee management,capital budget management,working capital management,investment capital management and bill management.Bills are also funds,and their management also belongs to the category of centralized fund management of the group company.Starting from the business process of bank’s acceptance bill,the management process of bank’s acceptance bill can be divided into five links: budget,improving the informationization level of centralized capital management,and improving the level of capital operation.The principle of optimization includes systematic principle,feasibility principle,timeliness principle,profitability principle and objectivity principle.The optimization contents include improving the fund risk prevention and control mechanism,optimizing the overall budget management system,improving the fund management information system,and enhancing the top-level design capability of the settlement center.K Group shall ensure the implementation of the optimization plan from four aspects: strengthening the inspection of financial infrastructure,establishing and perfecting the communication mechanism of budget management,strengthening the management of information equipment and software,and selecting strategic cooperative financial institutions.To some extent,this paper provides reference for group companies with the same and similar problems to
