| Along with the development of society and economy, the power market is changing rapidly now. The role of reservoirs in the power market becomes more and more important. The study on the methods of the operating of reservoirs is abundant. But considering the electric price in the operating still is in groping phase, not used in practice.In chapter 1, the conception, principium, the status quo of research in our country and other countries of the electric price and the operating of reservoirs are stated. The electric price system in France, England and Japan are introduced, and the shortcomings of our power market are analyzed. Through compare and analysis, we consider the principle of timed price is needed. At last the meaning of the text is expounded.In chapter 2, two operating models are set up and the element of electric price take into account in latter model, the first is generic optimal operation model, being added two factors in the latter model, the aim of function turns to the maximal benefit.In chapter 3, three compute methods of operating reservoirs are introduced, such as Large-scale System Decomposition-coordination, Genetic Algorithms and Dynamic Programming. We adopt the method of Dynamic Programming by compared them.In chapter 4, the backdrop is based on Geheyan hydropower station and Gaobazhou hydropower station of Hubei province, conventional operation is done and optimal operation by Dynamic Programming is carried out. Compared the result than add the factor of electric price in it and analyzed the benefit, it can be concluded that executing the timed price will improve the benefit at a certain extent. Further more, carried out the annual generate plan, and this have wide application foreground to the station.In chapter 5, there is a summary for the whole paper, it has 8 main in common, andexpounded them one by one. At last the content need further studied is stated. |
