| This article addresses the shortcomings of existing distributed photovoltaic power plant monitoring technology,such as high cost,difficult networking,large power consumption,low communication efficiency,short transmission distance,and fixed deployment location of monitoring platforms.A distributed photovoltaic power plant operating condition monitoring system based on NB-Io T is designed.Firstly,the theoretical analysis of the overall design of the distributed photovoltaic power station is carried out to determine the monitoring location,monitoring parameters,monitoring range and so on.According to the principle and specification of photovoltaic power station condition monitoring,the overall design scheme of the condition monitoring system is proposed.Secondly,the system is divided into perception layer,network layer and application layer,and detailed software and the hardware design were completed.The sensing layer is based on STM32F103RBT6 as the main control unit and data processing unit,the Hall current sensor is the DC current monitoring unit,the high-precision resistor divider circuit is the voltage monitoring unit,the DS18B20 is the temperature monitoring unit,the BH1750 is the light monitoring unit to design sensing layer software and hardware.The target data of the perception layer is collected and processed by the main control STM32 and transmitted to the network layer through the serial port.The network layer uses BC95-B8 as the NB-Io T module communication unit and the cloud database of China Mobile One NET Io T cloud platform as the data storage medium to design the software and hardware of the network layer.After acquiring the data transmitted by the sensing layer,the network layer uses the mobile Io T card carried by itself to transmit the real-time data to the One NET cloud database through the nearby mobile base station,and stores and waits for the API call of the application side.The application layer uses VS2010+MFC as the host computer development platform to design the PC for its monitoring system.At the same time,relying on the One NET platform to develop mobile APP,obtain visual inspection of real-time data,abnormal alarms and other functions.The application layer data acquisition method is mainly obtained from the cloud database by using API calls.Finally,in order to verify whether the system meets the design requirements and meets the design indicators,the system was tested as a whole.The test results show that each monitoring device of the system can complete the data collection of voltage,current,temperature,light intensity,and location information.The communication status of the PC and mobile phones is stable,real-time monitoring of operating parameters of the photovoltaic power plant is achieved,and the design is satisfied.In addition,the distributed PV power plant operating condition monitoring system based on NB-Io T technology has great reference significance for the monitoring of operating parameters of microgrid. |
