The development of the "sharing" economy has entered people’s vision in recent years.Typical applications include sharing portable chargers and sharing bicycles.However,the problem of car sharing has not been popularized in society.In fact,the connotation of cars in the sharing mode is very rich: not only the sharing of the use of cars as products,but also the research and development,production,manufacturing and sales of cars sharing on other links.The most common way of car sharing is time-sharing,which breaks the limitations and invariance of the traditional car rental method,reducing the unit time of car rental from a traditional day to hours or even more than ten minutes,thereby increasing the c onvenience and flexibility of user ’s car rental.From the perspective of the design,development and implementation of a shared electric vehicle management platform,this article develops a shared electric vehicle management platform,and car rental management is the core requirements and tasks of this platform system.The shared electric v ehicle management platform is deployed on the mainstream Microsoft operating system,adopts the more popular C / S(customer / server)architecture model,and uses Tomcat as the system operating environment to ensure the stability and carrying capacity of the system.Use Java language to write and develop.The entire system is logically divided into three main layers: data layer,business layer and application layer,therefore,the shared electric vehicle management platform system can complete the corresponding functions,such as vehicle information data management,vehicle use monitoring,order transaction process management,vehicle management and maintenance,user information management and other functions.In terms of data storage,the My SQL database is used for daily data management and maintenance.The My SQL database provides certain support for data integration and reliability.The realization of the shared electric vehicle management platform facilitates the operation management of the enterprise to a certain extent,improves the operation efficiency and benefit of the enterprise,and promotes the popularization of electric vehicles in the society.
