| As an significant proportion for product design,conceptual design plays important role in the advancement,safety,efficiency,environmental protection and reliable products of the industial.Innovative thinking can best be embodied in conceptual design,using advanced innovative methods to carry out product design,this will create a product with perfect and useful performance.Traditional product design method which is often difficult to adapt to complex problem,integration of multiple innovative methods can achieve supplementary advantages of methods.Therefore,this thesis proposes a product concept innovation process design model based on bionics and extenics,so as to drive innovation and propose new ideas.The thesis is mainly focuses on the following five aspects:(1)Research on product analysis model based on demand.First,the user’s demand for product information is obtained from previous survey methods such as patent analysis and technological evolution analysis.Then,with the black box model and the function tree model of the product,the sub-functions to be improved of the product are determined,and the specific improvement direction of the product is possessed.Finally,to use basic element model to express the detailed information of the product,and the systematic product analysis model is constructed.(2)Bionic prototype acquisition method based on similarity analysis.The whole process uses the biological knowledge base.And it combine with the similarity analysis method of product-bionic prototype,the acquisition method of product bionic prototype is proposed.(3)Extension genetic algorithm computing and scheme comprehensive evaluation method based on morphological matrix.The method will take advantage of quantitative representation of extension evaluation method,multi-scheme combination of morphological matrix and global search of genetic algorithm.The original innovation solution of the product is comprehensively analyzed and evaluated,and the optimal product ideal solution is obtained.(4)Product innovation design model verification based on bionics and extenics.Patents for masses of vacuum cleaner are analyzed,and it is determined that vacuum cleaner is currently in early maturity of the S curve.The improvement direction of the product is determined by screening the vacuum cleaner demand information table.The extension basic element model is used to represent the demand information,and the extension model of the vacuum cleaner is established.This design make use of the existing biological knowledge base,and the bionic prototype of the vacuum cleaner is obtained by using the product-bionic prototype similarity analysis method.Take the vacuum cleaner as the example,the correctness of the design model is verified.To sum up,this model combines the advantages of bionics and extenics,uses Bio TRIZ to combine biological systems with product technology systems to achieve innovative solutions for vacuum cleaner.(5)Simulation of fan in vacuum cleaner.In order to construct the three-dimensional model of the vacuum cleaner,CROE is used to build the parts and assembly drawings of the vacuum cleaner.And to use FLUENT to analyze flow field of the fan,it is concluded that the wave blade fan has best performance,which the working noise is reduced by 9.26%,and the suction capacity is increased by 5.25%,this verifies the effectiveness of the bionic fan blade.This thesis provides a certain reference value for the integration of product innovation methods and the optimization of fan blade. |
