The Study On The Optimization Of "Production-living-ecological" Space In Puge County

This paper takes Puge County as the research area,summarizes the urban "Production-Living-Ecological"(P-L-E)land use classification system,and explores the "P-L-E" spatial optimization scheme.The land use data of 1995,2005 and 2015 were obtained by establishing the remote sensing image interpretation mark and human visual interpretating.The spatial classification system of the "P-L-E" land and the spatial data set of the "P-L-E" space was built on the basis of this study.On this basis,the county land "P-L-E" spatial classification system was constructed.And the spatial data set of "P-L-E" land in the study area was generated.Based on software platform,ArcGIS and Fragstats,the spatial distribution characteristics of "P-L-E" in the study area were analyzed by spatial analysis,quantitative analysis,gray model prediction and landscape pattern analysis.This paper revealed that "P-L-E" land space evolution law,and found "P-L-E" space needs.The results show that: 1)The spatial distribution and space-time conversion of the "P-L-E" land in Puge County are dominated by terrain and geomorphology,and the production and living space are distributed along the valley as a "Y"-shaped.2)The production space and living space have space-time swapping tendency,and the ecological space occupied by the expansion of production land is transferred to the ecological space in the next research period.3)Below 3000 meters above sea level is the distribution area of production and living space.The distribution of production and living space is concentrated on the slope of 6°-25°,topography 30 m below,the sunny and the semi-sunny,both sides of the road and the river.And the distribution of ecological space is opposite.4)The influence of policy factors on the spatial distribution of "P-L-E" land in Puge County has been gradually deepened.With the construction of ecological civilization,the ecological space protection has been paid more and more attention.The study found that: 1)Agricultural production space production can not meet the Puge County people self-sufficiency,industrial production space in urgent need of transformation and industrial upgrading.2)Traffic is the primary factor restricting the expansion of living space,poverty alleviation is still the primary task of rural living space.3)As a national key ecological function area,the ecological protection work pressure of Puge County is huge.In order to meet the above findings,the author puts forward the suggestion that:1)Agricultural production should focus on high-quality production and self-sufficiency.2)The transformation should be the core of industrial production,the way is to gather clusters.3)The construction of facilities such as transportation and water conservancy should be the primary task of living space,focusing on the comprehensive implementation of poverty alleviation projects,tapping the potential of townships and unearth the distinguishing feature is the guidance to development of towns.4)The growth of ecological space is to protect and enhance the ecological maintenance of ecological land use function,adhere to the ecological red line protection zone,mining the economic potential of ecological space.
