The environment pollution and energy shortage problems have become serious increasingly along with the rapid development of the global economy,the continuous consumption of oil resource and the constant growth of automobile exhaust emissions.Energy saving,emission reduction and environment protection attract more and more attention from various countries.The environment pollution of car exhaust is improved greatly and the oil consumption of fuel cars is reduced to a certain extent due to the energy-saving and environment protection characteristics and advantages of electric cars in the background.As a result,it pays close attention to electric cars and carries out related research actively in various countries.It is urgent to promote the development of the related supporting industry along with the application and popularization of electric cars in China.According to the industrial status,the large-scale application of electric cars is still restricted by some factors,such as the poor battery performance,charging mode and supporting facilities.Therefore,the improvement of the charging speed of electric cars as well as the maintenance of the economic operation of electric car charging stations will become a research focus.Therefore,the research of the paper is focused on the economic assessment of electric car charging stations.It is aimed to explore a better operation mode.After of all,the research background and the research significance are described and the domestic and foreign research status is combed.The development of electric cars as well as the related charging station industry and the scale layout of electric car charging stations as well as their economic assessment are mainly analyzed.The status of the global electric car industry as well as the advantages and disadvantages of different operation modes about electric car charging stations is compared.The great significance of the research on the economic assessment of electric car charging stations is pointed out.The economic assessment model of electric car charging stations is constructed through the relevant theoretical analysis according to the characteristics of the electric car charging station project.The establishment of the model is mainly divided into two parts.On the one hand,the structure and operation mode of electric car charging stations are analyzed.The structure of the costs and benefits of electric car charging stations is subdivided to obtain the related cost-benefit model.On the other hand,the economic assessment model is established on the basis of the aforementioned cost-benefit model.The financial indicators are analyzed from the three aspects of NPV(Net Present Value),BCR(Benefit-Cost Ratio)and IRR(Internal Rate of Return).The environmental indicators are analyzed from the carbon emission reduction income.In addition,the effect of different factors on the economic benefits of electric car charging stations is studied through sensitivity analysis.Finally,JMH electric car charging stations are taken as an example to carry out economic assessment in the established evaluation model.Cost structure and income source are estimated after the analysis of the structure and operation mode of electric car charging stations.Then,economic assessment is carried out from the two aspects of financial indicators and environmental indicators.In addition,in order to explore a better operation mode,the current operation mode,the valley electric charge mode and the direct power trading mode are analyzed respectively.The effect of the power purchase price,the charging price and the charging service fee on the economy of electric car charging stations is compared through sensitivity analysis.At the end of the paper,the development trend of electric car charging stations is analyzed to make some suggestions for the rapid development of the electric car charging station industry.
