Technical And Economic Evaluatron Of Xinxiang Electric Vehicle Charging And Replace Battery Station Project

With the surge of world's crude oil price and focuses have given to environmental protection,more and more countries are realizing the importance of electric vehicles and are active in the research of the actual operation of the electric vehicle.However,if the electric vehicle really get into the actual operation,it was still restricted by the battery performance,the supporting facilities and other series of conditions.And for the operators---the power companies,electric vehicle charging station is a new topic.This article focuses on Xinxiang's electric vehicle charging station project.Based on the analysis of Xinxiang's competitive advantages of industries and environmental status,and the comparison between traditional automobile and Xinxiang Xinneng electric vehicle,the paper concludes that there are relative advantages of Xinxiang in developing the electric vehicle industry.Then,the paper based on the charging station siting principles,the use of mechanical charging mode and the comprehensive comparision between technical and economic,proposes the Gin Street charging station building programs is more feasible.Then the article based on the various comprehensive analysis of the influence of essential factor,proposes A,B,C three kinds of operation mode(trade power plant self-management operation vehicles self-contained battery pattern,to trade power plant self-management to rent battery pattern sufficiently,to change power plant self-management provincial office sufficiently to purchase battery pattern sufficiently),and makes the comprehensive comparison among them.Through the overall evaluation of the construction and operational work of electric vehicle charging station project and the integration analysis of the electric vehicles and the energy supply system,the paper proposes a more viable development scenario of the electric vehicle.The innovation of this paper is that the author combined electric vehicle with charging station deeply,proposes the technical solutions and the predictive analysis of economic benefits of Xinxiang electric vehicle charging station project.The analysis content of this article gives priority to static evaluation.If further launches the analysis,it must consider the dynamic factor,mainly includes:mass production,battery price trend and charge pattern technology advancement,carbon bargain price and use electric power price at peak load difference electricity price and vehicles.Through the comprehensive evaluation of various dynamic factors,the paper proposes there are more favorable factors,and to consider as the State Grid Corporation of State-owned enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility factors,the society and companies in a timely manner to promote electric vehicle charging station construction is necessary and feasible.
