| With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,the competitive environment faced by enterprises is more complex.If enterprises want to strengthen the core competitiveness in the fierce competition,they need to pay attention to the management of human resources.In the process of modern enterprise development,diversified employment management is very important,which directly affects the core competitiveness of enterprises.The establishment of scientific and reasonable diversified employment management system can help enterprises better achieve the strategic development goals.NTZC combined with the actual situation of the enterprise in various periods,introduced diversified employment methods,and solved the problem of insufficient employment.However,with the development of various kinds of employment environment,there are also problems in the process of the implementation of diversified labor market and the development of science and technology.Based on the questionnaire survey of 626 employees and the interview of 10 employees,it is concluded that there are some problems in NTZC,such as the contradiction between diversified employment,unreasonable personnel allocation structure,unsatisfactory training effect,imperfect management and evaluation system,and chaotic management and control of labor outsourcing companies.Due to the restriction of imperfect management organization and insufficient management ability,the personnel training must pay attention to the cost investment and the benefits that employees can bring to the enterprise.However,employees have their own career planning and pursuit.While pursuing the benefits of salary and welfare,they will not be in harmony with the development goals of the enterprise,thus the two sides have a comparative game relationship.Scientific and reasonable optimization of diversified employment allocation,innovation of enterprise daily management system and salary system,establishment of multi-dimensional and multi-level assessment mechanism,and improvement of the selection system of labor outsourcing companies canoptimize the diversified employment management of enterprises,solve the existing problems of diversified employment management,change the mode of enterprise employment management,enhance the ability of employment management and strengthen the management of labor Human resources management,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. |
