| Scientific and technological innovat ion and industr ial transfor mation closely link informat ion techno logy w ith the construction industry,which has a comprehensive and profound impact on the construction industry.BIM(build ing infor mation model)technology,as a digita l tool for design,construction and manage ment,provides technica l support for key data sharing and collaboration of participants in all stages of the project,as well as optimizat ion of design scheme and construction scheme.BIM Technology is a core technology to promote the transformat ion and upgrading of construction ind ustr y,improve the informat ion manage ment of infrastructure construction,and promote the early imp lementat ion of smart city.This paper systematically ana lyzes the current sit uation of BIM research at home and abroad,and the application standards and tec hnologies of Bim in t he fie ld of housing construction are gradually improved.However,the application of BIM Technology in bridge engineering starts late,and there are problems such as the closure of enterprise bridge family library,low effic iency of br idge component modeling,and poor accuracy of BIM model.In order to solve these problems,the paper carried out the following four aspects of research:(1)This paper analyzes the concept and characteristics of BIM Technology,summar izes the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream modeling software Revit,Bent ley and Archicad,and combines the characteristics of bridge engineering,selects Revit as the core modeling software,analyzes the application of BIM Technology in the field of bridge engineer ing.(2)This paper studies the application of Revit in the fie ld of bridge BIM by using the modeling method of Revit parametric build ing fa mily and splic ing fa mily components.Based on the characteristics of bridge components,the topological relationship is introduced into the process of modeling,and the general family component model library of bridge is established.Taking the cont inuous beam bridge as an example,the creation method of three-dimens ional informat ion model of basic bridge and the proble m of reinforcement arrangement are studied.(3)With the help of Revit p latfor m and dynamo visua l programming tool,the modeling method of BIM model of complex bridge is studied by using Python computer language.Dyna mo node is written to drive the Revit p arametric family and realize the establishment of three-dimens ional informat ion model of bridge.This method solves the problems of curved bridge beam layout of prefabricated T-beam,splic ing angle of pier and abutment model,modeling of variable section c ontinuous box girder bridge and modeling of large-span suspension bridge in engineering feasibilit y stage,etc.In order to verify t he feasib ility o f the modeling method,a rapid modeling is carried out by taking Gusu bridge in the core area of Mudu town in Suzhou as an example.The established case model improves the design qualit y,assists the engineering quant ity statist ics,and realizes the application of BIM Technology in the field of bridge engineering.(4)The application of BIM Technology in bridge o peration and maintena nce stage is studied.Starting from two aspects of infor matio n transmission and monitoring data visualization,the third-party library is called by programming language to convert bridge model data into static code storage,and the app lication of Q Rcode static code and dynamic code in bridge operation and maintena nce work is carried out.In view of the lack of data visualization applicat ion combined with BIM Technology in the current bridge health monitoring system,dynamo script is used in the paper to write the bridge Beam health monitor ing informat ion is transformed into visual analysis image to assist bridge health assessment. |
