Energy is the lifeline of production-oriented enterprises,and boiler production is the main energy supply mode of production-oriented enterprises at present.By the end of 2019,there are more than 600000 boilers in use in China,including 460000coal-fired boilers,while 67% of the total boilers are less than 10 t,and the stock exceeds 400000.On September 6,2015,the law of the People’s Republic of China on the prevention and control of air pollution was officially promulgated.The law puts forward new requirements for optimizing industrial structure and layout,adjusting energy structure,and emission of particulate matter,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,volatile organic compounds,ammonia and other air pollutants.All the existing 10 t / h coal-fired boilers need to be eliminated.However,the boiler transformation market suddenly breaks out,and the number of boiler transformation and fuel supply manufacturers in the market is also greatly increased The questions appear at the same time.HT Company began to lay out the energy industry since 2015.Since 2016,it has been deeply ploughing the market in Southeast Hubei.It is a high-tech enterprise that transforms the combustion technology and fuel proportioning technology of Thermal Engineering Department of Tsinghua University,and is committed to the transformation of coal-fired boilers and alternative energy.In this paper,HT Company as the main research object,expounds the current development background and research significance,according to the company’s current development situation,combined with the external and internal environment,the use of relevant theories,combined with analysis tools,to formulate the development strategy of HT Company and improve the implementation and guarantee process.Through the evaluation of the external environment and internal conditions of the enterprise,the final analysis confirms the competitive strategy suitable for thedevelopment of the enterprise,and according to the strategic positioning and development mission of the enterprise,the safeguard measures are constructed to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy.This research confirms that the differentiated competition strategy is the priority strategy of HT in the future.The company will continue to focus on products and technology in the future,and build a differentiated strategy based on products,marketing,service and public image.differentiation through organizational guarantees and talents.Measures such as organization and talent support,strategic alliance,mechanism and cultural guarantee are implemented to ensure the development of the differentiated strategy.
