With the transformation of China’s economic development model,to achieve green,efficient and sustainable economic development,to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction in economic development.Countries have issued documents more support for the development of electric power and other clean energy,electric energy as a typical representative of clean energy,because of its small compared to other energy is concerned with pollution,the characteristics of low cost and wide coverage,so the government stepped up financial support to the electric power industry,including power infrastructure planning and construction.With the further development of the market economy,China has deepened the reform of state-owned enterprises,gradually liberalized the monopoly of state-owned enterprises on the power industry,and opened the power and energy industry to private enterprises.Therefore,the power industry market is also gradually facing market competition.At the same time,the status of power enterprises belongs to state-owned enterprises,so they have some problems common to state-owned enterprises,such as the characteristics of bloated structure and low operating efficiency.Therefore,under the background of market reform,how to improve the operation efficiency of enterprises is particularly important to obtain market competitive advantages.Electric power enterprises belong to construction service enterprises.Their main business is procurement,construction,operation and service.Infrastructure construction is characterized by heavy tasks,large investment and slow income.Electric power enterprise procurement is one of the important business,but often associated with large batch and many kinds of material purchase and the characteristics of high amount but as a result of the electric power enterprise state-owned property,procurement business process need to be honest and to avoid legal risk,so the existence of this characteristic enterprise procurement business process often repeat mad,low operating efficiency.The business process of an enterprise is the basis of its operation.Whether the operation is good or not directly affects the business performance of the enterprise.More and more companies choose to optimize the business process of the enterprise.The research of experts and scholars on business process is also increasing and deepening,which has been attached great importance to by all walks of life.Therefore,this paper selected GJ branch as the research object,and modeled the procurement business process of the enterprise by using the petri net model.The petri net model has an intuitive presentation of the business process,with a good visualization effect.Moreover,the petri net model can be transformed into a mathematical model,which provides a scientific basis for the study of process optimization.Meanwhile,the petri net model can also carry out simulation to verify the feasibility of the scheme.This paper mainly discusses the GJ branch of the procurement business processes,through combing the petri net model GJ branch procurement business process and analyzes the problems existing in the purchasing business process and deficiencies,then use ECRS method to adjust the process optimization,and finally through the petri net model based on the correlation matrix to test the correctness of the optimization model,and then use Tina software simulation,validation of the optimized effect,to ensure the effectiveness of the proposed scheme optimization.
