Research On Automobile Software Quality Management System Of An Automobile Enterprise Based On ASPICE

The rapid application of automotive embedded software is leading the fourth revolution of automotive industry.How to do well the quality management of embedded software is also a huge problem faced by major vehicle manufacturing enterprises.Software development process and quality control are very different from physical parts.For vehicle manufacturing enterprises,software quality control belongs to the "black box",which leads to the increasing proportion of quality problems in automobile software.At present,the international mainstream vehicle manufacturing enterprises gradually deepen the software quality control,and have explored their own software quality control mode.However,the quality control of software by domestic self owned brand vehicle enterprises is more dependent on software suppliers,and they have lost the control and prediction of software development quality and nodes,which need to be improved,including a vehicle enterprise A。In this paper,the above problems are explored in depth.Firstly,the relevant theories of software are briefly introduced,and the software development process is analyzed.Through the analysis of software quality management tools,such as ASPICE and CMMI,and the exploration of software quality management mode in domestic and foreign vehicle enterprises,the selection and management direction of software quality management tools in vehicle enterprise A are clarified.After that,this paper analyzes the current situation of software quality management in A-car enterprise,studies the differences between software and physical parts quality management process,explores the establishment of A-car enterprise based on the physical parts quality management process,based on the ASPICE tool and the premise of project level management,standardizes and optimizes the selection of suppliers,combs the key evaluation elements of professional process,and integrates the existing human resources Source software quality management HQ-ASP process.At last,A vehicle enterprise selects the actual software development project to carry out the trial operation of HQ-ASP software quality management process.The results of project trial operation show that under the control of HQ-ASP software quality management process,the software quality management process focuses on the key points,the project investment is less,the project management cost is low,the software quality is improved significantly,which belongs to the leading level among domestic independent brand vehicle enterprises and is suitable for the use of independent brand vehicle enterprises.
